8 Files could not be deployed issue after updating

After updating to the new vortex, I have an issue with my mods deploying. It states that 8 files could not be deployed, and that it was likely locked by an external application and to check the logs. I've had no issues before with this. I've tried reinstalling Vortex, Validating my game files on steam, restarting my computer and putting windows defender exclusions for vortex. None of these have helped sadly. Any ideas on what I could do to fix this?

The current game I am trying to mod is Skyrim SE on windows 10 64bit, with a large amount of mods deployed by Vortex.

Here is a copy of two different logs from the issue today. Interestingly they both get the same "warn: failed to link error=Cannot read property 'showDialogCallback' of undefined" but with different files.

What happens if you roll back to your previous version of Vortex? Does the deployment message go away?

I'll try that, I just didn't attempt it because Vortex warned against rolling back.

Hold off on that roll back. I was unaware of a warning about rolling back. I manually updated, but there was no warning message when I did that. I need to find why a roll back may be a problem.
