I know that mods, the spears is very good, but still doesn't have standalone animation(I always imagine, what if Weapons of the Third Era's battlestaff use standalone animation like from this video ) I use WATER since I install Skyrim, why I didn't read another feature (especially at this part: "Rivers that flow in the correct direction for the most part, ocean waves that flow towards the coast. Aliera Caine
Speaking of spears...anyone recall the Spear of Bitter Mercy? BattleSpire, I think. It would be nice to see them in the game. Edited August 29, 2012 by Aliera Caine
xlcr
so just wondering, if 80 'm$' points is worth approx $1.40 (guess) andthey're charging the xbox folks 400 m$ points for Hearthfire; then, 400 ÷ 80 = 55 x 1.40 = $7 for the Hurtzfire DLC.. ok. Patrick2me
This dlc is probably as way to compensate for the console players not being able to have their own mods But that's exactly my problem with it. It's more evidence that the top brass at Bethesda are moving the company away from its traditional, mature, PC-using, game-modding audience and are emphasizing the younger, broader demographic of teens with X-Boxes and disposable income. From a purely financial perspective, sure, it makes sense to appeal to a wider market. However, Bethesda is trying to broaden its appeal so much, and so quickly, that many of the gamers who have supported the company for over a decade feel brushed aside and neglected. I don't really understand what your getting at. Just because Bethesda is putting out a dlc designed for console gamers who can't download a house mod. A PC user can easily just download a free mod that does something similar to the DLC, its not like your getting deprived of something. Either way, not all of Bethesda's most supportive fans are PC players. When I was around ten I played my Morrowind, my first rpg, on an Xbox. Every since then I have been a very supportive Bethesda fan. I (well my parents rather) had bought Oblivion and all the dlc that came with it. Now I have Skyrim on a computer, but I initial bought it for a console. Also, console gaming is less of a financial burden. Especially in this economy, PC gaming can be expensive and not everyone has the money to fork out to buy a reliable PC. Well on topic, the DLC looks pretty nice. Anyone else think that Heartfire house looks a lot like Grey Lodge Manor. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/18112 Edited August 28, 2012 by Patrick2me

Just because Bethesda is putting out a dlc designed for console gamers who can't download a house mod. A PC user can easily just download a free mod that does something similar to the DLC, its not like your getting deprived of something. No one said "deprived"... the word I used was "neglected". This is a DLC that was clearly designed with console gamers in mind, since it fills a void that no longer exists for PC players. So, instead of working on designing new quests, expanding upon stories already introduced, and building new worldzones, someone at Bethesda has decided to spend the company's time and profits re-inventing the wheel. Also, the DLC makes several major, popular mods redundant. Kind of a slap in the face to the modding community.
