We have the animations, the Pregnancy Scripts, and we've got the models. What I think most would like to see is just some kind of chance for a pregnancy written into the sex scene. Then, perhaps after a given amount of time, the player/npc model changes to the pregnancy model, and then after a given amount of time the player/npc model reverts to normal and there is a kid or young follower.
