Lurihaut
Hello,I have the following issue (transparent roots): https://i.ibb.co/2jgQp3t/Screen-Shot19.png What I already tried:Removing the texture and the mesh from mod and using the ones from vanilla gameUpdating GPU driverUninstalling my ENBLoading/reloading saveFast traveling from another location then come back again to reload the textureRestarting the gameCheck with console if it could have been edited by a mod but the "updated by" field has the value "unknow"This issue is really strange and doesn't make any sense to me Edited June 4, 2019 by Lurihaut
Lurihaut
OK it doesn't make any sense because it seems to be a vanilla issue. I reinstalled a new vanilla game, then upacked the meshes .bsa file then checked the mesh with NIFSkope and confirmed the issue. I edited and have solved it. Arthmoor
One of the folks on the Unofficial Patch Team looked into it and found the underlying cause is a missing Z_Buffer_Write flag on those 3 files. It's been there since 2016 and even we didn't notice it when fixing other issues due to rogue decal flags. Those Z_Buffer_Write flags have now been applied and will be on those files for USSEP 4.1.9 whenever it comes out.

Alright thanks for the information, I don't know about SSE (since you say it has been there since 2016) but I noticed the issue on oldrim as well. The temporary "fix" I did in the meantime just removed the decal flags, I will keep and eye on USSEP and will remove my fix once it is deprecated.Thank you for you work by the way !
