Did you read the log? It is giving you warning to act on. Did you do any of the corrections?

I've never experienced CTDs regarding cloaks, and Phenderix never CTD'd me, either. I turned off the mods I labeled as CTDed, except for Thermopylae and Mines of Moria, and they don't CTD me, anymore. Hmm.

Are you sorting those unrecognized Plug ins manually like you're supposed to? BOSS will sort the mods that it is familiar with, but unrecognized mods, you need to move around in your load order. So perhaps some of those unrecognized mods not being in the correct positioning within your load order are causing you to CTD.

 

Plus I don't see any Bash file. Did you create one from Wyre Bash like the BOSS suggestions explain?

Could be Deadly Dragons, not sure about the version you have but i believe that it messes around with Dawnguard dragon scripts and causes CTD's.
