KainThePheonix
Hello tonight. I was wondering about something I read recently and I am hoping someone might have an idea where I could go and read anything related to compiling new or Updating Skyrim LE SKSE Plugins/DLL Files? I have the source files I just do not know what program recompiles it. I read one of the programs is the 64 bit version of a Microsoft C ++ Redistributable pack for 2016 and above?Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Evangela
There is a guide on the CK wiki: https://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=SKSE_Plugin_Creation This is stripped down version, so you might have trouble following it >_>. I was lucky to have seen the original, although I don't remember the steps taken anymore.

I have Visual Studio Community 2017, and that guide seems to be written for Visual Studio 2019. Even just opening the skse64.sln in VS immediately differed from their version... I am at a loss. I would need a "compiling dll's with new SKSE versions for dummies"-guide. ;)
