Aiorosinmortal155151
I this is what you two are looking for, to downgrade Skyrim Versions for the time being. Tutorial Open steam://open/console in your browser then type download_depot 489830 489832 6587014119463801913 this will get you the core update files before the newest one so SKSE should work with itthen after that downloads you need to install the SkyrimSE.exe with this command download_depot 489830 489833 6411417958676685207  Just happened for me. What a pain. Now I need to find that thread about how to downgrade again.... SKSE64 no longer works as one would expect with an update. Couldn't find any patch notes yet. Hopefully something simple. ¡¡¡¡GRACIAS!!!!
X3v
AFTER this download_depot 489830 489833 6411417958676685207 in folder exe. After replacing this file, I started the game successfully.

HadToRegister
This is why people need to install SKYRIM EXE AUTO BACKUP and FALLOUT 4 EXE AUTO BACKUPThen you won't have to go through all those hoops to get back an older game EXEThis happens every single time.
