LE swaying trees (not just branches)

all but few trees in skyrim are thin enough to where they would sway in the wind,and not just the branches,but the trees themselves too,not very much,but enough you could see it very clearly,would it be too hard to make this into a mod?please someone make this happen

I'm not sure about the difficulty in which the mod would encompass, but there really aren't strong gusts of wind in the vanilla game. All you here are breezes and the like. At least that is what it sounds like to me. You should try sending a request to some of the well known environmental authors here on the nexus that mods a lot of the skyrims environment. You should get a better answer from them.
