The original author intended to back port the Morita (Starship Troopers) to New Vegas and Fallout 3 but appears to have dropped off the face of the earth. As such requesting to ask if someone would take up the porting themselves, hopefully it tempts someone and if so thanks.

That mod does not have open permissions, so you would have to get permission from the author, which may be difficult if they have dropped off the face of the earth.
