Crashes with anti-crash mods

Recommended Posts

I recently got a bug to replay Fallout NV after some time and with doing so I wiped the slate clean of all mods that I originally had with the intention of getting a few fun mods for an easy playthrough. However I have been experiencing crashing nearly every ten minutes and am at a loss, hopefully someone can see something I can't.

Mods through FOMM:
FalloutNV.esm
DeadMoney.esm
HonestHearts.esm
OldWorldBlues.esm
LonesomeRoad.esm
GunRunnersArsenal.esm
CaravanPack.esm
ClassicPack.esm
MercenaryPack.esm
TribalPack.esm
YUP-Base Game +All DLC.esm
Project Nevada - Core.esm
Project Nevada - Equipment.esm
Project Nevada - Cyberware.esp
Project Nevada - Rebalance.esp
Companion Core.esm
RobCo Certified.esm
YUP - NPC Fixes (Base Game + All DLC.esp
WMIMNV.esp
Weapon Retexture Project.esp
C16sVanillaSprint.esp
Project Nevada - Honest Hearts.esp
Project Nevada - Old World Blues.esp
Project Nevada - Dead Money.esp
Project Nevada - LonesomeRoad.esp
Project Nevada - Gun Runner's Arsenal.esp
The Mod Configuration Menu.esp
Alternative Start.esp
FalloutNVCheatTerminal.esp
RobCo Certified Friendly Hit Fixer.esp
Project13 - Populated Wasteland.esp
Integration - Couriers Stash.esp
CASM.esp

I also have NVSE (updated) installed along with MTUI, The Commando and Professional Animations, Weapon Re-texture Project, Weapon Mesh Improvement Mod, NVAC, Fallout4GB, Stutter Remover, and the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributal Package (x86) and JIP LN NVSE Plugin.

My setup is an Alienware Aurora R7, Windows 10 (x64) OS, NVIDIA GeForce 1070. All my drivers are up to date, all my computer software is up to date, and I've validated game files and it turned up normal.

Hopefully someone sees something I can't! Thank you in advance~

My guess: You have a mega overhaul mod and a bunch of other smaller ones, yet I see no compatibility patches for the smaller ones. I think even YUP needs a patch for PN. I would check each of the other mods to see if they are compatible and/or need a patch.

Do you have "New Vegas Stutter Remover" (NVSR) installed? If so, please see the 'Issue: CTD after 10-20 minutes of play (post-Win10 2017 FCU)' and 'Issue: CTD without warning, "Out of Memory error", or stops responding after the Main Menu' entries in the 'Solutions to "Crash To Desktop" (CTD) problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

I recommend anyone read the entire "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article to understand the differences between this game and others you may have experience with; especially if this is your first attempt to play a modded FNV or it's been more than a year since you last did so.

And I support the advice to move the game out of the "C:\Program Files(x86)" folder tree. It will save you a lot of future headaches.
