Hey, I Have a problem with Mods that I installed,

I am very noob in mod even if i tried to look on tutorials on the internet but they each don't say the same thing,

So in try to Install them with NMM. i am pressing on Manager download, I never know which file to donload, ( So i already need help with this )

When I Download them, I installed them and then i run BOSS, i let BOSS do his Job and then i try to play fallout 3 and each time I have a mod enable, it says Fallour 3 encounter a problem and need to close,

So that is my problem, i need to specify that I have Archive Invalidation and FOSE downloaded in my Fallout 3 GTY edition

So I basicly need help how to install the mod, if i manually install them, do i need to extract them ? And how can i put them in NMM if i install them manually, and wich file to install on a mod.

I will lik to you my Mod that i tried

You need to go back to the mod description page and/or the mod ReadMe to make sure that you can use NMM for the mod. There are many mods that only work with Fallout Mod Manager or they require manual installation. Read the ReadMe or mod description page for installation instructions. All the mods that you will download are compressed and need to be extracted. Most mod authors provide the files in .zip format. You will need a good .zip unpacker. I recommend 7-Zip, available here: http://www.7-zip.org/

You should also read this: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/652876-fallout-3-modding-and-you/

And this: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/120735-how-to-install-mods-for-fallout-3/

If you are using Windows 7 or Vista, you must have Fallout3 installed in a location outside of Program Files.

Hey, I Have a problem with Mods that I installed,

I find the download button in NMM not reliable.

It is almost always better that you go to the mod, then click on the "files" tab, then download files manually instead of through the manager itself. You can install them from the manager later.

Read the description for each mod will tell you what versions of the mods are available and which ones you need. They are all different. Some have main file and data file, some have main file with several "optional" compatibility fixes (to fix issues when used with other mods).
