Oblivion Construction Set - weird problem

Whenever I try to open the OCS it shows up like this:

It only shows the Object Window, the Render Window and the Cell View. It started suddenly, I was trying some suggestions to fix the "crash on save" problem and it crashed, next time I opened it looked like this. Does anyone else get this? Does anyone know how to fix this?

Apart from the fact that you haven't loaded Oblivion.esm, that looks right to me. If it's not what you're used to, try closing the CS and deleting your ConstructionSet.ini file.

Dude, the upper part is missing, where it says File, Edit, World and all the other buttons, it's not there. And because of that I can't load Oblivion.esm, in fact I can't load anything.

I see. Then delete your ConstructionSet.ini file, and re-start the CS. All windows will be reset to default.

I see. Then delete your ConstructionSet.ini file, and re-start the CS. All windows will be reset to default.

I know the problem has been fixed, but for future reference, this might help:

 

The Menu Bar is actually part of a window that sits beneath the three you see there. Normally the menu bar window is maximised so you can see File, Edit etc. It's possible that it's not maximised and hiding underneath one of the three other windows.
