I don't have any mods that edits this cell that I know of. As for the missing body textures I don't know what causes that, I use CBBE and it seams to only effect some corpses in raider areas.

I tried disabling pre culling to see what mod may effect it, but I get this each time

 

I'm at a loss on what is causing this.

Of course, this post is over 2 years old, but I still want to know the details. I found this topic accidentally and this information seemed interesting to me. My father received serious injuries after the accident and is now undergoing treatment at rehabilitation clinic. At the beginning, he was denied help after the accident due to the fact that he practically did not breathe. He was lucky that one of the passers-by turned out to be a doctor and provided him with first aid. I quickly contacted a good clinic and took him there right away. I cannot believe that some doctors are ready to leave a person if he is in a dying state. Now my father is already better, but we have a trial and subsequent clarification of the circumstances. Wish us luck!

Going to reply to this one still since I just ran into this problem. Hopefully it is still going to help others. I can confirm that it must be Raider Children causing this since coincidentally I am using that and experiencing the problem. Will move it around in my load order and report back findings.
