Shadow Problems

Hi, i recently upgraded my PC and decided to try out skyrim, Ive only installed the improved mesh mod so far and Bethesda HD texture pack but Im getting weird shadow bugs atm that others seem to have had previously, the shadows will mess up the entire light/dark of the room and seem to move/flicker in and out of this states as i move around, I have no idea how to fix it please could someone advise.

Thats a problem inherent in Skyrim.

 

You can type shadow into the Nexus search box for fixes that you can apply to your Skyrimpref.ini file

Try the STEP Guide he has some info in there on how to fix the shadows.

You can also go to the Nvidea webpage and follow the guide for some tweaks to fix that too.

Does alt tabbing out effect shadows as I do that a lot at times?

Hi there, this was and still is an issue that causes much grief to players. There is a few things you can do, but I recommend you follow the fix from this "mod" . Remember to backup any files you are going to change in case you wish to come back to a pre-mod state.
