Are you saying you and a group of people want to combine and simplify all the existing mods and plug-ins into one big mod? Because that's what it sounds like to me but it is still not very clear.

problems with merging mods... lets say we merge 2 mods -seyda need expansion- and -seyda neen docks-

they work well together BUT.

if you join expansion to docks in tes. buildings will sink into bay.

BUT if you join dock to expansion then other things will change.

 

On the long range plan, you will need to look at the script conflicts, changed items conflicts. if you join an unclean mod to others. you will not be able to use up dates to each mod.

 

if you wont to do this, look at each city and the mods for that city. Joint only those into groups. but you will find grouped mods will then conflict with other grouped mods.
