This new account has also bought Premium Membership, which I have refunded. Chargebacks cost us significant money (sometimes many multiples more than the cost of the actual refund). We take them very seriously. I am not going to risk another chargeback from this account until I hear why the first chargeback was initiated. If you are this user, please contact us and explain why you initiated the chargeback. You will not be allowed back on the site until you do.
