Deleted2547005User
The update due today on the sites will give Supporters/Premium members the ability to "show" or "hide" posts made on their own mods or images. It was always intended to do this, there were just a few bugs. Thanks!

Would rolling it out to all authors at some point be an idea? it's not like you can hide bug reports with it if it's the same as the down repping and trolls don't tend to contribute anything so they're unlikely to be able to use or abuse it. It was always intended to do this, there were just a few bugs.My thanks as well. Although I have yet to be bothered by problem comments/trolls, it is nice to know the option is there if I have need of it
blove
Very well done mod. Although just about everything in your file description makes you sound very stuck up. Comments like that one make me miss the reputation system. Not worth a ban, not even really worth a strike, but definately worth some minus one attitude adjustment. nuska
Yeah if Skyrim Nexus will also lose repping it'll make said attitude adjustments much harder to do. I'd rather let people know acting like an arse and using slurs is unacceptable without turning it into a huge argument.

Yeah it was good for dealing with those annoying snarky comments that aren't worth reporting but still give an air of unpleasantness.

That is a little irritating as technically it isn't breaking any rules and reporting might be pointless, try it anyway and ask if they can change the comment? Riven1978
Well to me that would fall under insulting/flaming the mod author so would warrent be report in my opinion would it not, the person is simple using the "Very well done mod" to try and pass it off is the way i see it. Though i could be completely wrong. EDIT: Or you could message the comment author and politely ask them to change the comment to something a little less abusive, then if they refuse try the reporting method Edited October 2, 2012 by Riven1978

Not worth a ban, not even really worth a strike, but definately worth some minus one attitude adjustment. This is exactly what I'm not getting. A meaningless "reputation down" as an "attitude adjustment"? As if they would even care. All you'll ever get in response is some "Hell, you're giving me a down-rep for this?? You really 'are' stuck up!" (at this point he would be banned by the way). They will not start getting more polite, and you will not "adjust their attitude". Maybe to you the red number looks like you did something and improved the situation, but in reality you clearly didn't and nothing has changed at all. I'm with Riven1978 on this one. It is "insulting another site member", you, and well worth a report. Let the moderators decide if it's worthy a ban or not.The least thing they'll do is remove the offensive post, and yes it is offensive, or maybe even serve some "moderator orange" as a far more effective "attitude adjustment".
