Hi Elianora. I'm making a mod, that has some things out of your modders resource. And I see it's from Skyrim. I wasn't paying attention to this kinda stuff when i first started this mod, which will be my first if i rls it, which I want to.

 

Here's a screen of what i'm using from your Elianora's Extra Resources. For Skyrim.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

May I please use the few things i've converted for SSE?

Seems she's incognito, but i read she gave permissions on her mods to Nexus?

Can someone (from Nexus hopefully) help me here? Not too many items of hers, but they really make a difference..

Coax, this is from Elianora's answer to someone else's similar question, in the comments section of that resource mod. I'd definitely still Pm her, as M4 suggests, but this is what she has posted previously.

Thanks for chiming in thumbincubation. I wish this was more clear of a issue. But, I just read what you told me in her profile. So I feel more comfortable now.

 

Yea, I'm not converting her mods for release, though i HAVE done so for personal use in the past *cough* Raven Nest rules! :wink:

 

But no, all i'm wanting to do is use a few of her items from her Elianora's Extra Resources pack in SE.

 

I just read what (s)he said in that description, I feel it's ok now. If I'm told otherwise by her or nexus staff, i'll yank the stuff out in a NY minute. :wink:

 

P.S. most of my first post was the msg i tried to send her. It would not go through.

You do not need anyone's permission to change any mod to your liking for use in your game.

 

The only time permission is needed would be if you uploaded the mod for general distribution.

 

What you do in your game is your business. No one is going to come to your house and check your computer to see if you have changed or used someone else's mod resources.

Converting a file, which would mean her whole mod, is not the same thing as using her asset which is also a modder's resource.
