hampigo
Im looking for a mod that caps perk tree levels depending on the number of perks invested in them. I was thinking that this would be a good way to force the player to specialize. This combined with a level capper and a deleveled Skyrim would make for a challenging endgame i think. HadToRegister
I'm "kind of" doing that, by using SKyrim SKill Uncapper, and setting the XP gained really low for SKills, so I won't gain 2 - 3 levels in Blacksmithing AND Character level just by smelting a bunch of oreI also use a mod that sets your skills to ZERO at the beginning of the game, and I'm using Ordinator, that adds a TON of Perks, so many, that I'll have to specialize to actually fill in a tree (IIRC some perk trees use 46 perk points)I've JUST gotten to the Monks up in Ivarstead, and I have to g find the horn of Jurgen WIndcaller, and I haven't even gained a level yet, I'm actually level 0.5 right now, so I haven't even gotten a perk point yet either.(I've been playing the Stand Alone "Enderal" Skyrim conversion where it takes a long time to develop skills and powers)
hampigo
I don't want to make leveling up THAT slow but the idea is the same, force the player to specialize. Capping perk trees like this with level the player up in a slower pace and prevent you from investing in every tree. At best, I want to keep the perk trees small-ish but powerful and cap the player at a medium-ish level with only 1 or 2 max level perk trees possible.
