ghosu
Hello http://666kb.com/i/c7r1lywo1ewfp59hv.jpg I created this beautiful sphere for your video game. But it's not just a simple sphere...i added a few more faces so it contains 55778 polygons, each one hand placed (!) It is a very, very smooth sphere, you might use it in combination with HD textures. Though i created no textures yet. I would recommend to credit me on the first page since i spend many, many hours in the creation process - it was no easy task but it was totaly worth the effort! greetings

RGMage2
“Commercial” implies “for profit”. Why do you think people should give you their work so you can make money from it? Are you joking?
bben46
@Samurai - Per the Construction kit terms - commercial use of anything created using it is prohibited. Here is a link to the EULA that anyone who uses the CK MUST agree to before using it.http://store.steampo...ula/eula_202480 Here is the applicable part. You are only permitted to distribute the New Materials, without charge (i.e., on a strictly non-commercial basis), to other authorized users who have purchased the Product, solely for use with such users' own authorized copies of such Product and in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and all applicable laws. If you really want to use any assets made with the Construction Kit, you must go through Bethesda Softworks to license them. Can it be enforced? While some parts of some EULAs have been ruled unenforceable in some places, that doesn't mean the entire EULA is not valid. SO, in this case - Yes, absolutely! Will it be enforced? Probably not - unless your game makes a lot of money. Then you can expect a call from a lawyer. However, as the Nexus must stay within the law - or go the way of Megaupload. We can not allow violations such as this to be ignored. This will be the only warning. Topic closedBben46, Moderator
