Best (realistic) enb with best compatibility?

Hello, I am looking for an enb that looks the most realistic possible and that is also compatible with TTW, URWLNV, interior lightning overhaul and FNV Realistic wasteland lightning.

When I use an enb that isn't compatible with TTW, I get problems such as messed up textures when in the Fallout 3 World and I can confirm that it comes from the enb.

When I use an enb that isn't compatible with URWLNV it generally just isn't beautiful, the experience is too different and not good.

And for the two others, I guess it must be the same as second but I have never tested it to confirm it.

So if someone has an idea of a great enb that looks realistic (no need to be 100% realistic, just the most realistic possible) then I'm all ear!

I don't want an enb that is cinematic.

Thanks to anyone who will give me suggestions based off what I want.

The reason it isn't compatible with TTW, is due to the ENB using an ancient binary. The latest versions don't have that issue, and haven't for several years now. An ENB preset will of course look different when a different lighting mod is used. You'll have to find one yourself. There aren't many, so you may have to compromise and find one that looks good enough, then tweak it so it actually suits your mods.

Thanks for the comment, what if I were to modify an old enb onto the latest enb binaries? Would it work, if so, what files should I keep and which not? All the recent enb are not too much of my taste, it's too cinematic.

Just to be clear: you appear to be referring to modifying an ENB "pre-set" mod, which is a set of INI files. Please see the 'Solutions to Post-Processor (ENB/SweetFX et. al.) problems' section of the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article. That contains links to specific guides which discuss the settings in those INI files.

You'd merely have to edit the added settings accordingly. Nothing hard, odds are you won't actually have to edit any of the values.
