@TMK: Hm, what puts you off? I updated some textures. What do you think?

@Shadowjin: Thanks. But please stop using quotes with there are pictures. Makes the page so messed up.

Bigger pic here. Recommended. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/Images/247391/?

Thats good. When I get the textures for the pants, I will finish this one and all the stormcloaks. Then I will make a new thread.

There is something we should discuss. When I first started this project, I had planned to call Actus the main author, but that was before I realized that most of his work was gone. All he actually left us was lots of inspiration and resources. ATM we havent actually used any of his work. Should we call him (you*, if you are listening, actus)? Main author, co-author, founder or just credit him for helping us begin the project?

i personally feel like the alikr should have brighter colors. Purples, bright reds and yellows look good with Alikr.

Why would they wear green? they are from a desert. They look good in oriental, bright, vibrant colors. Also, maybe consider a variant with chainmail instead of leather on the breastplate...Redguards are known for being fierce warriors therefore they are on the frontlines and would proberly need more than a basic leather breastplate.

this picture shows the type of elaborate patterns that suit the alikr. Kind of Arabic rug style patterns.

Also, if you look at Hothtroopers redguard knight armor, the crest on the helm helps to give the oriental style. You could add some pouches and other accessories to try and show some distinction between skyrim and hammerfell.

your Alikr armor is too similar to the other armors and therefore make the Alikr look like they belong in Skyrim when really they dont. They are from Hammerfell and therefore should look a lot different to everyone else in Skyrim.
