My first customized Mod (Second Wave - War of the Chosen)

Hi all,

 

i would like to create my own customized Second Wave Mod for XCOM 2 War of the Chosen.

I have never done this before, but i know that I have to edit the .ini files in the XCOM 2\XCom2-WarOfTheChosen\XComGame\Config folder.

 

Is there any manual or instruction which i can follow to create a customized Mod, especially a Second Wave Mod?

 

I would like to have:

 

Damage Roulette

Not Created Equally

Hidden Potential

 

...and many more ;-)
