Spell Removal Trouble

I've downloaded this mod and loaded a save in Helgen after the character has already been created.

The starting spells were gone - a few minutes into the game already, mind you, I didn't start a new game with the mod already loaded.

 

Then I loaded a save a few hours into the game using the same mods.

The starting spells were still there.

 

Why?

In case you re-learned the ones you removed.

 

Your best bet is to post on the mod author's page for the mod and ask him.

 

In general, make sure you have the correct mod version for the game version you have;

the correct unofficial patches for the game version you have;

any dependencies, where one mod requires another;

the best load order.

 

Usually, you need to start a new game and most mod authors will recommend this.
