Should I click on "Enable all plugins" after enabling mod with instal menu ?

Some mods have installation menu with Compatibility patches where you have to choose some. After enabling them I get message saying "*Insert mod name* has several pluggins" with 2 options: Enable all or dismiss. Does enabling all means enabling the ones I chose in the installation menu or does it mean enabling the ones I skipped ?
