FalloutPlayerForever
I noticed when scanning my drive with Tree Size that it shows in AppData\Roaming\Vortex\falloutnv\mods is the executable for a falloutnv patch. But also in AppData\Roaming\Vortex\downloads\falloutnv is the zipped executable that I had downloaded. Does this zip file need to be left there? I'm trying to free up space and I don't know if the zip needs to be there or not. I wouldn't think so as long as the patch is left in the other folder. Any thoughts about this? JL
AugustaCalidia
Archives in the Downloads folder are needed if you want to easily reinstall mods found in the Mod Staging Folder. Otherwise, you will have to retrieve the deleted archives, attempt to reinstall them, and then probably wind up back here in the Vortex forums wondering how to complete the re-installation process. If you have space on a separate drive from your system drive, I would recommend that you move the Downloads folder there. However, be sure and let Vortex know where you have moved the folder.
