alex2avs
I think that would be useful if the Signature Shops X DLC X's Signature Shop Sniper's Sigs Draco-Razgriz's SigsGamerbird's Sigs would be pinned(if the artist would like that too),making them easier to find. Thank you :thanks:
LHammonds
The problem is that we already have too many pinned topics. We are actually trying to figure out the best way to reduce the number of pinned topics and still make it easy to find the information. The only way I have come up with such a solution is to convert the pinned posts to "Articles" and create a single pinned topic that contains links to those articles. This could be one of them if it's a commonly asked question. LHammonds
Sniperwhere
Here's an idea I have from another forum: Title: Signatures on Demand. Idea: People can request a sig from one topic. If they want, they can choose one of the artists from the list. And maybe use a template like this: Author: (Who you want to do it) (Optional)Dimensions: (Width in pixels x Height in pixels)Colour Scheme: (Main colours)Theme: (Renders, etc.)Complexity: (How complex you want the signature, minimal or really in depth)Matching Avatar: (Yes or No, be sure to specify avatar dimensions unless you want it 100x100) Just an idea. That actually sounds good, we'd need a link to somekind of 'portfolio' for the work of each author though. I've been thinking of making myself a pure signature account on photobucket for this reason as my current one holds some other pieces of work aswell. (Which is why I just started cleaning off the old irrelevant pictures that aren't needed for anything anymore.)
Sniperwhere
I have a portfolio on a different forum I can use. I'd link to my DeviantART but that's muddled with other things. So who should start the topic? Edit: I can put something together, but i'd need the portfolios from everyone involved before i can.
Deleted269910User
Well, mine can be found here; http://s36.photobucket.com/albums/e23/aa77/Most of my work is hidden from the public, but I've left the sigs I've made for people here/few of my own in this public album. There are several of my old work pieces there which were made with relatively no skill at all with using photoshop, gotten much better since then, but I saw no reason to remove them from there as it should show my bits of progress in skill. I'll be adding a few tagless signatures there later for people to use if they're interested, but currently the amount of public sigs is quite small. LHammonds
I also like using Photobucket. The ability to let people browse an entire folder is quite handy. For more options, I maintain a list of useful and free hosting sites as well as a bit of standard info for each of them here. There is an image hosting section at the bottom. Regarding the posted topic, I don't think it matters who starts the topic as long as they keep up with the information. If that person becomes inactive, a new active member can start a similar post and have a moderator close the old one with links to the new one in it. If necessary, we can even copy / paste the contents of the first post from the old topic to the new one. LHammonds
Sniperwhere
Alright. I guess I'll do it. I'll start it up, and whoever wants to chip in can post in the topic and provide the gallery link.
