Links about Vortex lead to pages with no content

Just starting to navigate this forum to learn about Vortex - particularly how to transition from NMM to it - and I have found a couple of broken links in the FAQ section and other sections. These are the links:

https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Migrating_to_Vortex_from_another_Mod_Manager

https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Importing_from_Nexus_Mod_Manager:_Things_to_consider

Each of these links is in other locked and pinned posts in this forum, as well as in sections of the site that are where I'm sent when I click the link in NMM to find more information now that NMM is no longer being updated.

Vortex no longer supports importing from NMM. That's why the links are empty. The NMM installation logs for many users were error prone and causing import issues. Folk were blaming Vortex for NMM's errors. Therefore the import feature from NMM was dropped.

If you're an NMM user and your downloaded game archives are still intact, simply drag and drop them into the Vortex Drop File(s) box at the bottom of either the Mods page or the Downloads page and install.

NMM is still being actively maintained outside of Nexus Mods. You'll find downloads and support on GitHub.

Huh? The import from NMM is still supported, it was just redesigned a bit.

The wiki articles must have been renamed and the links weren't updated, the current guide is here: https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Importing_mods_from_NMM

It's important to understand that Vortex will just import the mods you have installed in NMM, it doesn't necessarily transfer the exact setup 1:1 such that you can just import and then play and have the exact same game as you had in NMM.

@Tannin42

Thank you for the correction.

I misunderstood a communique from BigBizkit about the matter. I thought he had stated that the NMM import feature was no longer available in Vortex. Apparently he was referring to the original NMM import feature and not a revised one.
