The star you were wishing on was actually a stray satellite that had fallen into the atmosphere and crashed right into your house, destroying your neighborhood for several blocks. Because of you, you are now the blame for the 'accidental' killing of dozens of kids, moms, and other neighborly folk. I wish a really hot Dark Elf guy just walks in and takes me away.
