bien4500
Right, so I have my mod list in order in an attached file and I have update number 1.7.7.0.6. Skyrim runs fine on my laptop at an average of 15 FPS. Attached in another file is my system specs. I think I may have fudged something up in the Creation Kit to cause this bug, as it has begun to happen only after I installed CK. I have also attached my SkyrimPrefs.ini file for perusal. This happens with Hadvar and other NPCs: http://i286.photobucket.com/albums/ll90/CaptJacobKeyes_UNSC/ScreenShot0.png Their hair and beards go flying off and levitating in weird positions around them. Any hope of fixing this without CK or a reinstall?
Georgiegril
I'd go through and check which mods are compatible with CBBE.

Georgiegril
Disabled or uninstalled? A lot of texture mods require complete uninstallation. YOu may also need to verify your cache files. You could try changing the load order as well; BOSS is a great tool but sometimes requires a little more tweaking.
Brandy1123
If you edited the NPC in with the NPC editor, you could also have offset them by changing the scale, the hair position and rotation. Mods the change the hair styles or allow hair styles for races other then intended can cause this kind of havoc. The Quickstart might cause this with the NPC creation if you have an unusually large number of hair or beauty mods that change not only hair styles, but mesh and textures as well
