A great open vault chamber reached out before Shyla and her Ironsscouts. Rows of well preserved warmachines were there such as fanjet hoverguntanks, tracked amphibguntanks and legged mechaguntanks. There were gun, carrier and specialist variations of these vehicles. A trio of battleflyers were displayed close to bigger, more heavily armoured-armed, mainguntank, that could not float in air or water. Power armour like roborobots stood in rows, being robotroopers, robocarriers, robogunners and other kinds including smaller, slimmer, robomanners designed to use warmachines normally crewed by humans or even androids.

Shyla studied a long display cased dotted with powerful laserrifles, battlerifles, battlemachineguns, portable mortars, maximissile launcherguns, packflamers and many other weapons. “Why all of these military devices here in this one place when they are… yes, I see that they are early manufacture stage prototypes or that is what the sign states.”

Carrant spoke from where he stood, in his own light power armour. “What about those?” He was indicating a row of encased, oversized, roborobots being at least twice as tall as standard ones. They had heavier armour and, often, heavier weapons but would make for easier targets.”

WarDukeSAI02 entered the chamber being surrounded by secondary robots and even some combatdroids (combat androids). He was a large battlerobot with some interesting extras such as command radio aerials and some powerful weapons. He spoke. “I am WarDukePrimeSAI02 being the prime mobile aspect of WarDukeSAI02; I am not foolish enough to encase all my primary circuits in one place. As for those superroborobots, they can move on all fours with surprising ease and continue to use weapons effectively while doing so; the crawling turns them into less exposed targets.”

Shyla responded. “We need to form an alliance against the large military force coming up from the deep depths of the Secret OldPentagon.”

WarDukeSAI02Prime responded. “I agree and have gained some assistance from Veralina Irons, your mother, in the form of valuable data. She has seeded a large area, of the Secret OldPentagon, with microscope surveillance devices and will continue to send data on enemy movements. We would be wise, of course, to check her sent data to make sure it is legitimate.”

Three of them came out of a wall, close to a combat patrol jetboat, as burning yellow-white spheres that swept towards WarDukeSAI02Prime and the others near him. Even as they did the false robots, and androids, melted-vaporised away into a pale off white jelly like substance and mist. WarDukeSAI02Prime turned out also to be fake and through out the chamber all of the display items, along with the display sets, were soon also gone.

Shyla shook her head. “As if I couldn’t psysense a falseness about a fake clone being at the core of a phoney WarDukeSAI02.”

Strange metallic spikes stuck out from walls; they looked like part of some kind of electrical experiment.

The three Solarites departed just as quickly as they had appeared and in the same manner; that is they vanished through a wall though not the same one they had come out of.

Shyla turned to the other Ironsscouts. “PaleOneDad spoke of the Solarites being even harder to comprehend, by more standards, than Shadowites are. A few say that they serve the even more mysterious Celestialites.”

The PaleEntity looked generally like PaleOneDad but he spoke his true identity. “Yes-no is my response for they are truly problematic to understand. I am PaleOneBrother, for need of a term as part of the new PaleOneFamily as linked to the SweetieDukies. This chamber is a fabrication projection chamber being a Prewarday experiment of likely dubious merit and much instability; the display items, and fake WarDukeSAI02Prime, if there is truly such a thing to counterfeit. The one behind it could likely the entity that has enslaved the Shadowlord ConsaquincCal but there is no certainty of that being true!”

In his darkest blue, almost black, hoodrobe he studied the chamber. “I would have been both deactivated and locked down before somebody, or something, unlocked and activated it fully. It was set up as a rather clumsy trap or was it? It could have been a warning.” He gave an odd smile. “I am picking up a trace of the PaleOneJokester having been here and this is his kind of trick but that does not answer if it was a trap or a warning.”

Shyla frowned. “Perhaps it was a test of some kind.”

PaleOneBrother responded. “An excellent third alternative answer but we are still in need of answers.”

Then the voice seemingly spoke from multiple sources at once. “By Sakrusssa, by Sakrusse, by Sakrussi, by Sakrusso, by Sakrussu, it was a trap, it was a clue, it was a trick, it was a warning, it was a test, it was an amusement and it was so much more.”

PaleOneBrother looked around. “That was a trigger recording from the PaleOneJokester with a coded message inclusive of a keycode plus a subliminal message that only one of my kind could pick up, or understand, with out difficulty. We are very close to discovering something very important.”

The Deer Hunter SVR Program is in reality far more than it seems to be.” The newly arrived IronsQuintuplet, one Kristine, was a general super genius specialising in computers but even more so in SVR and related technologies. She was standing in what looked like, on the outside, like a small wooden log hut; the interior was bigger appearing than the outside and was like a typical UNS military bunker chamber by visual aspects. She had a holographic like projection in front of her showing what had been hidden data in the form of 3Ddatasymbols.

Kristine, in her white power armour with the visor open, went on speaking. “When first activated, or reactivated as it was recently, it starts out like a typical SVRspace but is soon ‘evolving’ into what is called a MVR (mega virtual reality) scenario. It is far more realistic in multiple ways. It is even lightly psychic in nature and the NPCs have become far more like player characters in nature if not more evolved than that. That is like those who were observing Ironsorderlers through binoculars. It continues to go from SVR to MVR.”

Everything had become far closer to reality and was continuing to do so. Yet certain SVR aspects remained in place, some becoming more pertinent in MVR.

Elaine spoke from where she stood, looking at the same data displays. “Could it go somewhere from being MVR?”

Kristine, who looked exactly like her four sisters, nodded. “UVR being Ultimate Virtual Reality or perhaps even further than that. We have found one of the 13 secret goals that had the TechOrderhood come from WashingtonWWS, of West Washington State of the Calibraska Nation, all the way across the United Nationstates of PanAmerica to here, WashingtonEWS of the East Washington State of the Virginiaware Nation.”

Elaine, also in snow adapted power armour, looked around the chamber to the doors leading to utility chambers, storerooms, storage lockers, power armour frames with suits of power armour, three snow adapted roborobots, utility stations, wall screens and a good deal else. “All of this is getting more real but can it be removed and used?”

Kristine responded. “As yet it is likely to be no to that question except if there is some way of transforming items as they are sent into reality.”

The voice came from a metallic sphere suddenly floating in mid air after coming out of a rapidly opening, and then closing, sliding concrete panel. “I am VirtualQueen617a! Why do you assume that you come from real reality and will return there? Is not the first, and primary, goal of the 13 being to ascertain what is meant by the term ‘quasireality’? What if SVR becomes MVR that becomes UVR that ultimately becomes quasireality. Or is UVR the very same as quasireality? I do not have but the questions along with some ideas of the truth. WarDukeSAI02, and I, have had many rewarding exchanges of data and propositions. As Santa Claus I met the SweetieDukies and fussed over them while giving them treats, small gifts, and entertainments.”

Elaine frowned softly. “Have you ever communicated with WarChiefSAI16 or WarDuchessSAI99?”

VirtualQueen617a: “Briefly! Neither had any real interest in any form of virtual reality or that is how it seemed to be. While I can transfer my awareness between 111 virtual reality realms they are all semiactive except for Deer Hunters Realm as I have come to name it. It appears to be gaining details, new features, and be expanding out to newly created territories including a domed city, a town made of exotic ice, an iceberg dotted sea and a hard snow 3Dmaze. There are more types of lifeforms and not just animals. I suspect that there are secrets in this changing realm and many of those are newly appearing.”

Kristine spoke. “The strange idea, that the Wasteworld could have started out as a large SVR program, occurs to me and that it has become a UVR world or more. Or at least it is part of the answer to a question not yet fully fleshed out.”

Elaine frowned softly. “There is the matter of quasiressurections in the Wasteworld and why only a tiny minority of people appear to be fully aware of them taking place and the consequences of them doing so.”

Alarms rang, sharply and briefly, before VirtualQueen617a spoke with a tone of urgency. “Something is wrong in the Deer Hunter Realm; somebody has tried to do something foolish with a CIS (Codes Interface Screen). I suspect that they have tried to utilise a tricky, even dangerous, cheat code. I can transfer you, and your people, straight there including those robots of yours.”

But Kristine staid with VirtualQueen617a while Elaine was transferred with the others except for five Ironsorderlers who remained to support Kristine. Elaine would go to the trouble site to see what was going on while Kristine would continue to work with VirtualQueen617a.

39.1[54]

The PaleOneBrother stood closest to the incredible, extremely exotic, device of seemingly impossible existence inside a mostly transparent bubble of energies that floated in mid air above the metallic surface of the floor. The thing inside the bubble kept changing, shifting, being part crystallic patterns, part metallic machinery and part organic creature along with other elements.

He spoke gravely. “The insane creation has been contained by what I could only concede as Celestrial means beyond those of any PaleEntities or at least any of the PaleOneThreeNinePyrammax. Yet its nature is different than that of even the most feared PaleOneThreeNineGod that was driven into non existence during the transdimensional war of the PaleSplintering. There were other powerful entities, not just of our kind, that were ended or just driven off into deepest hiding.”

The LittleFateMan was suddenly there, almost as if he had always been there. He spoke quietly and yet all clearly heard his voice and knew who he was at once; they also had a vague sense of him being a ‘Celestrial’ of the Celestials. “The PaleSplintering War was never truly resolved, its loose ends never tied up and one result helped lead to the creation of the UVR MultiWorld, the World of Worlds that includes the Wasteworld. The UVR is starting to slowly-steadily evolve further.”

In his snow white bowler hat, old fashioned business suit, he sat in an elaborate cane chair being also of the same colour as was the cane, round table, next to him. The whitest umbrella was folded up and leaned against him while the white briefcase was upright on the large woven round rug beneath himself and the furniture. His skin was also extreme white as was his hair. His eyes were pale off white.

The PaleOneBrother responded. “It was the PaleOneQueen that seemingly first became concerned over the rogue activities of at least one PaleEntity. I see there the work of such a one but it is beyond the ability of the PaleOneJokester who has been under suspicion.”

The LittleFateMan smiled. “Sit yourselves at the table as it expands to meet your needs. There are teapots, of tea, cut sandwiches, small pies and cupcakes for you to enjoy.”

Shyla, her Ironsscouts, a single Ironstrooper, and PaleOneBrother were suddenly sitting at a larger version, of the table, with the promised consumables plus cutlery and other items.

The LittleFateMan spoke again. “PaleOneBrother, this situation goes beyond the PaleOneThreeNinePyrammax and even beyond other general PaleEntities that you have lost contact with. The PaleOneThreeNineGod is attempting to defy the non existence enforced upon it and to complete its criminally insane plan that it began so long ago as part of a conspiracy; the goal of the Ever Conspiracy is to both create a domain of false gods and to turn an elite number into false gods. The focus, of that conspiracy, was the Prewarday world that was not as it is now thought of as being. On Warday superweapons were misused by three superpowers that included three types of experimental ones used in very small numbers; they were not nuclear, biological or chemical in the way that the more used types were.”

Shyla spoke out. “I take it that these false gods would be able to directly control their new domain, making it carry out their wishes.”

The Celestrial responded. “They want to mimic the true gods with out having the celestial mandate-protocols of the true gods. Yet one fears that the PaleOneThreeNineGod is manipulating the others for such a result would be just a stepping stone to what it really desires though the others consider it to be the final goal. More information needs to be gained but as a true god, with the celestial celestrial mandate-protocols of one, one is limited in what one can do to assist you and others seeking answers to the same dilemma. One is going to deal with this unstable experimental device while you are to carry on with achieving goals. You have done quite well, so far, and one will grant you some gifts according to the limitations of one’s celestial celestrial mandate-protocols.”

Apart from the LittleFateMan and the PaleOneBrother, they drank tea, except for those who gained coffee instead to drink, consuming the food with much appreciation; for and drink-drink was of excellent quality. It seemed to be only Shyla, of the Ironsorderlers, who picked up that more was being taken in, from the food and drink, than just the expected substances that made them up. What this actually meant was not something that became at once clear to her yet she also gained the sense that it was a positive process.

When they awoke only PaleOneBrother, and Shyla, remembered what had taken place and the LittleFateMan was gone along with the disturbing device. The chamber was now part of a well equipped complex with it being the central one of multiple uses and doors leading to antechambers or hallways leading to other features. There was a good deal of equipment-supplies there along with a large 2D3D4Dprinter. There were rows of roborobots in storage recharge bays along with combatdroids in other bays. There was a big data archives computer networksystem in one corner including a big autorobotic filing cabinet wall.

Yet a most important feature would prove to be a secure set of wireteleporters in an antechamber that would soon be used to send Ironsorderlers between that and other points that were already being used in the Secret OldPentagon.

PrimeElder Rowyn Irons studied the four Techsages that had been making strident demands that they gain direct access to the coded name of the OPWDPC (OldPentagon War Department Public Centre). They were in a trance like state, sitting comfortably in lean back chairs used for special forms of interrogation. They were not being interrogated for they had been found to be victims with strange implants found in their brains being two each. Where had they come from and how they had gotten there were questions still being answered.

They were in an official interrogation chamber that, oddly enough, had no torture devices in it. Instead it looked to be a very bland, and efficiently basic, environment with furniture-fittings reflecting its purpose.

Techsage Allistar was examining a 3DPTC (3D screened palm top computer) being in a Techsage robetunic with lots of practical pockets and pouches. He spoke with a frown both to his voice and face. “They are very well created clones of alpha level quality except for short lifespan of more of a gamma level quality. All, of the original Techsages, were part of a vanished exploration and salvage team that tried to find the infamous Octagon research development complex officially buried deep underground in Eastern Nebraska. They were the only supposed survivors to return from the expedition. They were clever to fool us.”

Rowyn smiled. “They did not fool a few Techorderlers especially some Ironsorderlers, Psykerorderlers and Spectreorderlers. We began to tightly monitor them soon as they came from where the expedition supposedly vanished. A second, smaller but stronger, expedition was sent and it found the massacre site where the members of the first expedition lay. Successful quasiressurection took place with over half of them but none remembered what had taken place. They certainly did not remember who-what had attacked them though there were clues, found at the ambush site, that Shadowites were heavily involved in what had taken place.”

Allistar nodded, in a thoughtful manner, “Did Veralina Irons seek to enter the Octagon with its shadowy reputation even for such places?”

Rowyn frowned. “That is an unsolved mystery! We do not even know where the Octagon is just as we do not know the location of the NewPentagon, the Hexagon, the MazeNexus along with others that we are even unsure of what they are truly named.” He changed subjects. “We have gained a general list, from the four clones, of what data they were attempting to gain access to. It is a very interesting range, of choices, and some are both quite surprising and obscure. They seem to have only basic knowledge as a basis to help them find what they hope to gain. They were hoping to get data on the Quasireality Progression Project, the Advanced Perception Adjustment Project, the Mind Body Spirit Adaptation Project and the Super Focus Program of 13 Projects amongst others.”

There was much work to do and also the large enemy force to deal with that was coming up from beneath. Except that soon surprising news would arrive that the approaching enemy had vanished away in a seemingly impossible manner.

41.1[57]

Another flood, of toilet paper packs, materialised and landed on top of the large hill of canned fish, snow shovels, telescopic bolt-action hunting rifles, parkas, snowshoes, camp ovens, sleeping bags, cartons of rifle cartridges, sleds, bags of dog biscuits, dog sleds, tents, rolls of bandages and much else including more toilet paper.

Elaine brought up a console, showing now in mid air as a 3D display, to try to put an end to the misuse of a cheat code. Kristine was helping, back ‘inside’ the log hut, as they turned off the flow of materialising items. New one ceased to materialise and to fall on top of the big sprawling hill.

The tall, angular, man scowled and glared at Elaine along with the few Ironsorderlers with her. He wore a partly bloody golden metallic hoodrobe and what looked like a long handled, oversized, icepick with a bloody sharp end. He cried out. “You be a cheat of one’s cheating so the Bloodicepickers will make you will pay...”

Saraa shot him, a small hole appearing in his forehead. He fell dead to lay sprawled in the snow along with three silver hoodrobed, and nine copper hoodrobed, copies of him already shot dead. “It is a formation of 13 being one golden, three silver and nine copper as a kind of pattern found commonly across the Wasteworld and perhaps beyond in the MultiWorld.”

A tall man materialised with a soft sparkling effect. He wore a typical snow parka and snowboots of the Deer Hunter Realm. His face was rather craggy with a red beard and strands of red hair showing below his hood. He held a handsome bolt-action hunting rifle with a telescopic sight. He also looked somewhat like the fallen entities. He looked around obvious confusion and then glared at Elaine who still worked the console in the air before herself.

He growled. “How dare you summon me here as if I am a mere NPC or sprite?”

Elaine gave him a calm look of mild contempt. “You played foolish tricks with the cheats of the Deer Hunters’ Realm causing the great hill of items to materialise and the imbalancing that went with it, that caused these monsters to appear that called themselves the Bloodicepickers; they came straight from your dark subconscious to be materialised through your awkward, amateurish attempt to brainlink with the in game interface console.”

He snorted. “I am SageLecturer Erick Patterson and like you I am an FIPC (Fully Interactive Player Character) not some damned NPC of any level let alone a mere sprite of general background effects.”

Elaine nodded. “LNPC as Low NPC, MNPC as Medium NPC and HNPC as High NPC.”

Erick scowled. “Do not forget BNPC as Basic NPC or ENPC as Elite NPC. It part of the designation system that we 1Geneg1 are utilising to control, to rule, the rise of the transformed MultiWorld.”

Elaine shook her head, showing her puzzlement. “1Geneg1 is not something that my people have ever heard of. Is it a faction?”

The man scowled. “No, not just a faction but something far greater, more progressive and...”

Which was when he vanished with a hard sparkling shimmer effect and a scream of agony.

41.2[58]

Elaine frowned hard. “Kristine just informed me that the fool was pulled abruptly, out of the VR realm, in a fashion most unsafe that most likely killed him. It seemed that he was going to say far too much.”

The hill of equipment-supplies vanished with a soft sparkling shimmer.

Elaine nodded, as if to her own thoughts. “Now the whole lot is in a artinatural cave complex below being all neatly stored in a well organised manner. With that sudden blizzard coming towards us, on the horizon, I suggest that we all go below. Kristine will join us there for she has learned important information thanks to one VirtualQueen617a.”

Soon it became apparent that the blizzard was natural but running amongst its front were massive, brutally save looking, beasts of different types being all white furred or white leathery. There were fewer, smaller but still large, low flying creatures and things burrowing with amazing speed through the snow that showed as moving mounds.

The Ironsorderlers retreated down into the cave complex-system for they were easily outnumbered and they soon had it sealed up and locked up. The blizzard passed overhead, as did the mass of monsters, and while the former continued to blast the area the latter were soon gone.

They were not just going to wait there while doing nothing.

To my surprise I failed to put in 36.1[49] but you can now find it just after 35 being in Post #58.

Perhaps this will cause the story to make more sense now.
