Stella, and two squads of Ironsscouts, reached the big chamber with its partly broken, sloping, floor that was as it had been constructed centuries ago. The warmachines, and power armoured figures, like WarKing12321 collective was fighting from the high, dry, end of the floor as were the smaller cyborgs of the fighting girlies, the WarDukies. The WarChiefSAI16 stood with them as an impressive warmachine along with his fight robots and androids. The PaleOnesSister was in exotic pale off white power armour with no apparent visor to the helmet. Solarite solarspheres floated above the defenders as did weaker, but more numerous, vaguely humanoid solarlings. They hurled a great deal of firepower at the oddly black waters at the far end of the chamber where pitch black darkness seemed to be swallowing the light of powerful lamps, torches and other sources.

PaleOneSister fired off another big, bright, bolt of solar energy that struck the ‘blackness’ and drove it back, causing part of the flooding water to look normal but the blackness was soon returning. “As we, the PaleOneFamily, feared but had no real evidence of, that is the presence of Blackgloite Subspecies; that is in the form of an absorbing mass being a far more dangerous cousin Dimensionite Subspecies to the Shadowites. The Blackgloites’ biggest faction, being followers of the BlackgloKing of the Deepgloblackness, unwisely became allies of the PaleOneThreeNineGod and this, I fear, is they who are now trapped in the section below the GrandPlug and most likely by other barriers having fallen for the all too typical treachery of the PaleOneThreeNineGod. Yet the PaleOneThreeNineGod is pragmatic even in treachery and must have had reason to so trap the Deepgloblackness in the way that it has done.”

Out of the deepest blackness, of the water, they clambered and then stumbled as only partly accurate figures being Mimicite humanoids. They were soon in the hundreds and while some looked almost complete, as what they had copied, most were clearly only of their own true nature. The Mimicites surrendered eagerly as they came, no longer being trapped in that terrible darkness as they had been for over three centuries.

One powerful, now far less so on a temporary basis, Mimicite stood there looking like a part complete Axisclaven high ranking type Illuminati trained science officer. “We replaced the real representatives, of the Ever Conspiracy, here in the OldPentagon’s Secret Section that was an open secret amongst many in that they knew that it existed but very few knew what was inside it, what went on inside it. They were the crazy Illuminati people of those who influenced the Axisclaven scientific elites to be just as mad as themselves, an Axisclaven group being there also. The superclones, of the TriInstitucorp, were there acting like cold androids even if they were not such. Oh, yes, those damned half alien 1G1 hybrids of super geniuses and others with them. Then there were Tekmothercorp fools being all arrogant greed, arrogance and paranoia. They were killed, horribly, even as we Mimicites were forced to ‘mimic’ them. Others escaped being less known to us, because they escaped the mimicry process; they were NewAtlantians of some kind of deep underwater supercity, agents of something called the Shadowcorps and truly eccentric representatives of something known as the UtopiaOrderhood.”

The mimicnoid shuddered softly. “The left overs, of that treacherous massacre, are down there in the depths of the Blackgloite waters as are the experimental projects that were undertaken there but a large number are in sealed off, air filled, chambers complete with airlocks. That is where we spent our time until just now when the Blackgloite summoned us to come up here to pass on an offer of a deal; it wants freedom to go back to its home dimension and you get to be free of it along with access to what it has been left behind.”

Then the Dimensionite shapechanger shrugged. “What did surprise us Mimicites was how limited project work was here and as important, as it was, it did not seem to be of top priority. The conspiracy people, that were murdered, came here thinking major research development was being carried out here. The Pale139Cult managed to deceive them, at first, but then they learned the truth. Those, that confronted the PaleOneThreeNineDemigod, that represented its false deity of a master, died while the others were smart enough not to try to do so and escaped.”

While a way to return home was created for the Blackgloite, it allowed power armoured explorers to sink down through its depths and soon they were moving through the black liquid. Except that the Blackgloite allowed light to show parts of chambers, hallways and other spaces to the Ironsorderlers. The PaleOneSister sank down with them, needing no assistance from the Deepgloblackness, and so did Solarites being only solarspheres glowing as brightly as they could.

There were flood areas typical of an underground complex of military type with garages full of vehicles, large robots and containers all sealed for long term storage; there were other machines not so fortunate and yet there was a good chance at least some could be salvaged. Research chambers held great, strange, structures of exotic nature where often obscure experiments had been carried out.

There were plenty of desiccated corpses, much having been fed out of them by the PaleOneThreeNineDemigod as the Mimicites had witnessed much to their horror. They were mostly human but there were some animans of hybrid animal human humanoid nature along with some basic humadroids of duplidroid androids that were not desiccated but from which synthetic flesh had been devoured. All of the animans were in lightly armoured hazmatsuits but a minority of humans were in security power armour.

As the Deepgloblackness began to vanish away, through a newly built transdimensional gate, and water began to be pumped away into large tanks, more was revealed as details. There were SDTs (sensory deprivation tanks) that were also SVR setups and heavy power armour that was also SVR. A few mechanisms had reasons, to exist, hard to comprehend.

As expected, that they would, the Mimicites tried to escape away and were at once captured to be placed in special security confinement. As detected, by a few, they had not told the truth, whole truth, and nothing but the truth in their explanation of what had happened.

Intelligence data came to the Pentadel about important factional actions taking place in the East Washington State.

The TechOrderhood had become allied to the largest, most democratic, but weakest of the factions fighting in the SLEWS Civil War. They were supplying, as aid, the Democratic Freedom Alliance with multiple resources but also undertaking valuable trade with them; information was a high quality gain from the DFA.

Slayertors continued to hunt monsters of which many were human in appearance. They had made initial contact with the TechOrderhood a very long time ago so it was just a matter of continuing with cooperative actions.

ReconRangers had been serving hidden contractors, including the TechOrderhood, so valuable data began to flow to the Pentadel while vital resources went the other way.

As for the SyndicatesEWS, they were spooked by what was happening and both making preparations for big trouble while going deeper with their normal activities.

Negotiations continued between TechOrderhood Envoys and the GuildsEWS as based in CanterburyTown for they had actually begun months before the aeroship fleet had reached the Pentadel.

TriInstitucorp vat grown entities continued to infiltrate from NewBritain but they were joined by other kinds of TriInstitucorp units. They appeared to be looking for ‘something’ but the TechOrderhood, and its allies, had no real idea of what that might be though it was conjectured to be linked with the OldPentagon. TriInstitucorp infiltrators seemed to be in relatively small numbers but no foolish assumptions were being made. The TriInstitucorp was supporting the largest, most powerful, of the three SLEWS Factions being the True Progressive Union of dehumanising scientific elitism; truthfully it was not greatly larger, or more powerful, than the Patriotic Union Enforcement.

Packraiders continued to come in from the Atlantic and were now supporting the Patriotic Union Enforcement of the SLEWS Civil War being the second largest but quite powerful being a militaristic oligarchy with no tolerance of democratic ideals. Packraiders so far identified, to the TechOrderhood, were Icers, Zerkers, and Borgers along with the common Armters, Grunters and Powerters.

Axisclaven Forces sped up their approach to the EWS as the NewConfederacy had been generously paid off to let them through.

There were troubling reports from parts of the EWS as it seemed certain dark forces were being stirred up but by what? Reports spoke of large swarms of mutaghoulers, of arisen ghosts, of big mutabeasts being restless and of some very unhappy cats being disturbed from their catnaps.

Of the three factions fighting the SLEWS Civil War have changed the 'Patriotic Union Faction' to the 'Patriotic Union Enforcement' and have added the TriInstitucorp supported True Progressive Union. Reread above post for more details.

The imprisoned Mimicites were quick to admit that they had willingly massacred people in order to please the PaleOneThreeNineDemigod generally named PaleSquasishgo. It had a sacred name that it would never give willingly to any but a very few who knew it anyway. The insane demigod had made the victims helpless while the murdering was carried out. Showing no remorse, for what they had done, they were going to be put to death when the PaleOneMum intervened. She took them into a big chamber and closed the door behind herself.

When she returned he was alone and grim of expression, at least for one of the Palefolk. “The LittleFateMan came to the chamber, as expected by me, and simply looked at the Mimicites that literally ‘melted’ into things thankfully not easily seen or described; there was a sense of them being terrible abominations of twisted reality. The PaleOneThreeNineDemigod had created them semiconsciously, insanely, unintentionally in the terrible way that the PaleOneThreeNineGod, and its high creations, have a very bad habit of doing. During the finale stage of the Splintering the PaleOneThreeNineGod helped to create the MultiWorld and to distort it; it is a major reason that all of the known MultiWorld worlds are post apocalyptic with each have a designated ‘Doomsday’ thought not always with that name, for they reflect the malignant madness of the great false deity.”

She went on. “We need to continue, as an alliance, to carry out tasks that steadily undo the deep dark influence of the PaleOneThreeNineGod, the three PaleOneThreeSemigods, the nine Nine PaleOneThreeNineDemigods and the other expressions of the PaleOneThreeNineGod. As this happens, stage by stage, the almighty HighCeletrials will be able to make more positive changes to the MultiWorld with out causing any real damage. Even the LittleFateFamily are not HighCeletrials, they being LowCelestrials meaning they are still very powerful, which gives you an idea of just how potent the HighCeletrials are. Only the mysterious GodCelestrials are beyond them and they are not even truly understood by the HighCeletrials.”

Stella spoke with a tone of thoughtfulness. “Is the LittleFateMan still there?”

The PaleOneMum responded drily. “On does not know for even the LowCelestrials are far beyond my abilities.”

Banjosam smiled. “Its the eddies of influenceable destiny that truly decide the fate of the MultiWorld.” Then he grinsmiled. “I think I read that on a Tshirt.”

Stella gave him an odd look. “You are an Ironsscout, are you not?”

The PaleOneMum spoke. “Banjosam, a name one has heard on multiple worlds for the same entity who also has multiple other names, shapeforms and roles. What is your shapeform now but transhuman as are the Irons Family? What is your role here-now in WashingtonEWS of the Wasteworld?”

Banjosam grinsmiled. “Always so intent, intense, on finding answers before fully understanding, or even knowing, the right questions to be answered! The answer is, for now, wondering what is for lunch and how difficult-dangerous the next mission will be. The new aquadrones (aquatic drones) will be useful for searching the black waters.”

Stella nodded, even as she observed worker replidroids unpacking and otherwise preparing five multipurpose aquadrones. “They will be as will be the androids.” Then she gave a start. “They are both new and yet not that way. Are you, Banjosam, like the LittleFateFamily in what you really are?”

Banjosam shook his head. “No, I am just like Banjosam or at least, as far as I know, I am.”

The PaleOneMum spoke quietly. “Such is the true nature of the one now known as Banjosam, if there is such a thing, his awareness is not like yours or mine for it is but a reflection of what he is which is a mystery even to the PaleOneThreeNinePyrammax.”

Banjosam smilegrinned. “That is the PaleOneThreeNinePyrammax that unwisely, unintentionally, helped to create the PaleOneThreeNineGod during the foolish actions of the PaleConvergence that in turn led to the PaleSplintering and the creation of the MultiWorld. The PaleOneThreeNineGod became weaker by the closing stages of the PaleSplintering and was swept into the locked state of non existence when the HighCeletrials intervened with some assistance from destiny destined ones. Lunch is here!”

PaleOneMum seemed to be made uncomfortable by his words.

Into the dried chamber swept a line of oversized penguins holding round trays upon which were carefully balanced plates of food, teapots, coffee jugs, cups and other items consumable along with items used for consumption. The penguins turned out to be robots, complete with aprons, found stored not so far away being designed for covert information gathering operations; the psychological reasons, behind the project, was most interesting. The ClassA Rations came from a IronsOrder mobile catering unit just set up in a nearby chamber.

The next mission was to prove to be very difficult and dangerous?

The 'Splintering' changed to the PaleSplintering because of its very strong ties to the Palefolk.

Tribal elite warriors, of the Slayerkin, shot glowing arrowheads through the air that caused half formed abominations to disintegrate, burning away in a fashion strangely like that of combusting wood complete with embers. Slayerkin had come at their own insistence as had GaiaOrderhood ones with special abilities hurling elemental energies at the abominations as created by the PaleOneThreeNineDemigod. The Slayerkin were of the WayClansfolk that had come eastward, with the TechOrderhood, from very far off WashingtonWWS that was on the other side of the North American supercontinent. The others were of the GaiaOrderhood.

Ironstroopers now blazed away with bigger battlerifles and laserrifles while Ironsscouts kept with battlecarbines and lasercarbines. Newer tripulserifles, and tripulsecarbines, were being introduced along with tripulsepistols and some of the first two types of weapon were being used while the latter were there as back up weapons.

The abominations had seemingly come out of nowhere, had ‘melted’ out of walls and machinery to attack with incredible brutality. The presence of Solarites, of strong psychic humans and the PaleOneFolk had helped defeat that surprise along with other factors. Even as the abominations had arisen, the Blackgloite Deepgloblackness slowed them down as if fighting them even as it continued to return home through a transdimensional waygateway between two waygates.

The WarDukies had been sent to protect the SweetieDukeSA123ABC while the WarChiefSAI16 defended a particular point. Solarites, and Lightgloites, fought also but were concentrated in other areas while Ironsoperats carried out other duties.

It was the strong presence of the Deepgloblackness that stopped the abomination distortions from rising but also the absence of that which has entered the area with the current intrusions.” The PaleOneDad had entered the scene while PaleOneMum was now with both the SweetieDukeSA123ABC and the WarDukie123ABC along with the IronsQuintuplets. “Where is Banjosam?”

He had gone missing just after the abominations began arising.

Stella, and Saraa, both frowned softly but it was Saraa spoke. “It is like he is our father or something like that.” They had fallen back to rest, to consume rations and carry out other necessities.”

PaleOneDad held a much bigger gun, than either of his pistols, on his lap. “One has only strong conjecture to give you. He was, going way way back, a distant ancestor of the Irons Family dwelling on a world known as Terra being the HomeEarth. None seen to know who, what, he was except being human who was a volunteer, one of 13, at the very center of an experiment that was supposedly going to usher in a new utopian age for what was known as the Terran Empire Federation being an empire centered federation of imperiums, commonwealths and republics. He is tied to the what is happening here and to the creation of the PaleOneThreeNineGod in a way that we need to learn more of. One name for him, if it is a ‘him’, is IronsZero! Even the name is a both a question needing to be answered along with an answer to a mystery needing clarification.”

Shooting died down and then stopped but this had happened before as distortion abominations had been coming in waves, each peaking in strength and numbers before suddenly ending. Each wave had been only been as dangerous as the one before it. After a time no more appearances took place and it staid that way.

Banjosam, alias IronsZero, returned but he was far from alone when he did so.

Thousands of humans, and humanoids including androids, joined the ranks of the TechOrderhood during the next following days becoming either Techorderlers or Techfollowers; with them came smartrobots, animals, plantimals (plant animal hybrids), plants along with robots, remoterobots and tonnes of equipment-supplies including supplies.

The Deepgloblackness was gone, by the middle of the second day, and real explorations began of the formerly OldPentagon Secret Section now noted as the Pentadel Second Below Superlevel, there now being the Pentadel First Below Superlevel above; the names were chosen simply because none knew how many sections were below those and would in future be renamed as superlevels.

The main Pentadel area was now the Pentadel Primary Superlevel with the PentadelFort and PentadelTown being semi-independent while ClansTown, and GaiaTown, were quite independent. Three other, new, settlements were soon being formed being the largely nocturnal Moontown, the partly aquatic Tripletown and the quickly growing big Hopetown.

SLEW refugee columns came to resettle in half a dozen new fortified settlements being either of the DFA (Democratic Freedom Alliance) or of the great number of small factions or even larger number of factionless. Others came in from the local WastelandsEWS to become part of those communities.

54.1[76]

It was one truly huge chamber dotted evenly with a grid of massive superconcrete pillars. Hanging from the ceilings, by heavy chains, were large dome shaped cages with disk shaped metal floors. Stella led two Ironsscout squad13, plus her own support elements, through the great space where the dome cages were mostly empty. A few held strange, twisted, skeletal remains of what must have been truly terrible and distorted creatures.

PaleOneBrother, PaleOneMum having gone to join PaleOneDad with the SweetieDukeSA123ABC and WarDukie123ABC, spoke with a grim tone to his voice. He wore a curious set of small spiked black leather like body armour. “PaleOneThreeNineDemigod caused abominations partly transformed into more natural shapeforms that then died quickly and mercifully. It is the strong, sharp, impressions, that I am picking up, that are telling me this.”

Stella frowned hard. “These appear to be facets of the same great research development program taking place here in the OldPentagon and it appears to be all to do with ‘states or stages of reality’. It has been spoken of as being an attempted progression from SVR to MVR and from there to UVR but beyond that, perhaps to quasireality, what ever that is except, most likely, the Wasteworld and some others.”

PaleOneBrother responded quietly. “That is but part of the mystery to be solved and might have been a large subprogram focused here that was part of a much larger program of subprograms of projects. Something is missing from here, has been missing from all of the areas that we have explored; that is the PaleOneThreeNineDemigod PaleSquasishgo. The PaleOneFamily tried to do a deep search of that particular PaleOneThreeNineDemigod of nine that were created, doing so through the PaleOneThreeNinePyrammax and other means that one will not speak of. Each, of the nine PaleOneThreeNineDemigods, has a particular special focus of what you might call reality influencing apart from what they share in general. PaleSquasishgo was known for the transformation of abominations, as created by the PaleOneThreeNineGodhood in one way or another, to turn them into actual lifeforms. The entities were short lived before dying suddenly so it has often been wondered why PaleSquasishgo ever gained this odd focusing of the power it has been ‘loaned’ from the PaleOneThreeNineGod.”

The PaleOneThreeNineGodhood was the combination of all 13 PaleOneThreeNineDeities.

They found a great possible answer in the next very big chamber where a great creature slept peacefully in a dome shaped cage with its big door wide open. The LittleFateWoman at in an old fashioned matronly outfit, sitting in a gentle self rocking rocking chair of ornate wood. A tentacle tip was curled up in her lap that she slowly-steadily stroked as she comforted the great creature. She spoke quietly, to the newcomers, but all heard her easily.

The PaleOneThreeNineDemigod PaleSquasishgo managed to turn this poor creature to full life from being an abomination but instead of killing it, as the PaleOneThreeNineGod would have it do, it did its best to fix up the entity so that it was less in pain and could better survive. Thus one rewarded PaleSquasishgo with true freedom from the false god that it unwilling served for so very long; loss of some power did not persuade it otherwise and the loss, of one of its PaleOneThreeNineDemigods, has caused a good deal of harm to the PaleOneThreeNineGod. It will generate enough but it will take time, energy and other valuable resources to carry out especially as the PaleOneThreeNineGod has not fully escaped from its ‘non existence’.”

She sighed. “There have been falsehoods, often unwittingly, put forward as truths or more dangerous part truths. Many of these have been perpetuated for an extremely long time even by the standards of we LowCelestrials. It is, here now, the time-place to correct at least a few of those errors. Lovable Abecidofug here will assist you even as it gains a new home with the SweetieDukeSA123ABC and WarDukie123ABC. Beware treachery by those who do not know they are carrying out treacherous acts; please show them both mercy and compassion for they are victims.”

Then came a great flash of yellow-white light that flood through everybody, and everything, in that superlevel.
