A year or two ago, a lot of DDOS, hack and spam attacks were originating in Latvia. And the response from some of the ISPs there was basically to ignore the problem when informed. That got a LOT of Latvian IPs blocked. In some cases entire blocks of IP addresses were blocked from many sites. My guess is a lot of those blocks were never lifted.

 

Another case of the actions of a few people who really don't care about others affecting the lives of many.

Oh, NMM is awkwardly buggy... or is it my IP?... Anyway - grim story)

The newest update is somewhat buggy trying to install mods. Stalls on installer bar or sometimes gives a message and doesn't finish installing mod. Although a restart of the app corrects the issue for a time.

Same for me, I'm connected here but I can't log in NMM, they say the password is incorrect, but it is correct.

Great to know there's an offline mode when the online one doesn't work anymore :/
