The default grab key is "z". The reason it doesn't ask you to configure it is because this is a default Oblivion key. In vanilla Oblivion it is used to grab objects without placing them in your inventory.

that was copied from the latest comment on the Deadly Reflex comment page. Give it a shot.

I don't use a german keyboard so it's hard to say... but one way to check is go into game, hit Esc then options and then controls to bring up all the key bindings that Vanilla Oblivion sets. Go through to list until you find your grab key and try that. (Furthermore, if you know already, it is the key that lets you 'pick up' items and corpses and move them around without adding them to your inventory)

Edit: I don't know if it would matter or not but the mod is probably set up with an english keyboard in mind with the grab key, so I don't really know if it would work with a german keyboard or not. It's hard to say.

Like I said I don't use DR so I can't be sure, but whatever the grabkey on your keyboard is (in your case Y) should be the one you have to use.

Ah I've test it. It works :) I haven't knewn that he must stagger.

For the 'reason' the keys are changed is the same that 'plagues' the console tilde. The game goes for the positional matrix of the keyboard instead the 'actual named' key. This is done because the position of the key is more important than its name for playability. So it expects the "Z key" to be the one at the right of the large left shift on US keyboards, or the 3rth after and counting the shift left key on most of non US keyboards.

Anyone with keys issues on non US keyboard should try first looking the layout of that US keyboard and what one is at nearest position on his own keyboard.
