Using FNIS but still stuck in T Pose

I'm at a loss at this point. I've done everything I could think of. I'm using Vortex to install my mods. As far as I can tell the pathing for the mod installations are correct, all of the animation files are correctly installed, FNIS is properly installed in my data folder and is calling to the correct path for Skyrim, my load order has been properly sorted via LOOT, and I've even made sure to put my skeleton esp at the bottom of my load order. I've tried to manually install FNIS and followed the instructions to a t. I'm running both FNIS and SKSE as an administrator. FNIS reports no issues when I use it. I'm getting no warnings or errors. I'm using all of the correct patches when trying to update the behaviors. FNIS is not redirecting anything according to it. What am I missing?

DO you have your paths set properly in the Vortex dashboard?

Your Drive, Steam install, and game will be different..

Yes, both paths are properly set. I also launch FNIS directly from the data folder to double check and make sure everything is running properly.

Hmmm, that is strange. Usually I can see from the FNIS output what's the cause. But here everything seems allright.

 

Just to make sure. With t-pose you mean player AND EVERY NPC, and in each situation?

 

Can you also try without those mods that use outdated behaviors (cpkp, NSAP Mitos)

 

You say you are running FNIS from the Skyrim data folder. That's what I do also, since this is the only way I can develop FNIS while using Vortex. But that is not the recommended way for "regular" users. I'm not a Vortex expert, but it is possible that you still have "FNIS Data" from a previous (unsuccessful) run activated?

Yes, it's my character and every NPC. I noticed that when I uninstalled a bunch of animation mods, it worked fine and the animations properly appeared in game. I'll see about disabling the outdated behavior mods.

 

EDIT: This resolved the issue. It seems one of the mods with outdated behavior mods causes the T Pose. I'm not sure why because the other mods that give that same error don't cause the issue. Thanks for your help fore!

It was just an idea, but I don't know why FNIS doesn't detect it.

 

Could you please figure out which one of those actually is the culprit. And give me a link. I assum both of them are LL, but I would like to make sure I look at the exact same one you have.

 

Or even better: could you PLEASE put the culprit on a server and send me the link via pm?

im sorry im new at tjhis. how can you tell if a mod is outdated? this game has been out forver and im using mods that were creasted 5 years ago in some cases. so how do i know if a mod is outdated because i have the same problem.

FNIS tells you.

 

But that wasn't the real cause for his t-pose. He hat taken one adult mod from a "re-pack", and that had totally wrong format. If you have something like that you can simply uninstall all "outdated" mods.

 

But usually "outdated" mods are not the cause of t-pose. Other warnings are. Any of those? Fix them.
