Random Freezing

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with random freezing in Skyrim.

It tends to happen after roughly 1:30-3hrs of play & I have noticed it happens on the road to Whiterun, where the companions are killing the giant, but it happens in quite a few other places too, and not always.

I'm pretty certain my PC can handle the graphics mods, so that should be okay.

 

Due to the intermittent randomness of the issue, it makes it hard to troubleshoot. I was hoping I would be able to get some advice here before I resort to that.

if you don't use SKSE?

Have you installed SKSE manually or do you not use it? Some of them require it, like ToL_SKSE, as the person above mentioned. You can use the non-SKSE dependent version of that mod if that's the only one you have. Edited January 14, 2013 by Cait833
