Game ruining glitch! Please help me!

Ok so i just did the Taking It Back quest and after the ending video i spawn back in the project purity room. It tells me that i completed both Taking It Back and Project Impurity. Yes i do have broken steel installed, so shouldnt it start up in the citadel? I do have mods installed, but i ran the game without them and it still did it to me! I have replayed this mission at least 4 times and it still does it!

 

Any help will be appreciated!

I'm not sure what version i have, but it's probably the most recent. I just downloaded it like 2 weeks ago. I did type the load order btw, i couldnt find how to copy it so sorry about that :/ Thanks again!

You should rearrange the FWE files so they are in the same order as your Fallout3 and dlc .esms. If you are using a custom race you will need Custom Race Ending Broken Steel Override
