You do not have a valid installation of Skyrim. Skyrim requires Steam. Skyrim must be installed inside of the Steam folder.

I have it. The manager works. But Skyrim starts an after the Bethesda it crashed without an error report?! What can i do now? I reinstalled the game and all mods but it doesnt work.

According to your trace log you have Skyrim installed in "D:\Spiele\The Elder Scrolls V - Skyrim\". That is not Steam's folder.

The Mod Manager does not work well - as a matter of fact, it may not work at all - with non-standard installation paths, meaning that if you use a crack or illegal copy, you are on your own.

Use the standard installation path or buy a legal copy.
