Armor mod conversion, if possible.?.?

i dont know if its possible as i am not a great modder like a lot of people here.

But , ive come across this armor mod on the oblivion page and i would like to ask if its possible to covert it to Skyrim SE ?

in my opinion its a very nice armor and weapons mod.

if its not possible then to bad.

or it might inspire an modmaker to build this armor from scratch.. but who has the time lol.

 

but if it is possible, then could somebody do it and upload it to the SE site ?

 

anyways hope to have an awnser and thanks in advance for the time to type an awnser.

Honestly, I wouldn't count on seeing this converted and released

as mentioned, we need permissions from the author, and they haven't logged in in almost a decade, so getting their permissions won't be easy unless someone could contact them directly via another method

 

it is such cases that lead people to learn how to do these things themselves for their own private usage

I can't recommend this, but it probably is your best chance of having these in SSE

thanks for the responces, so it is actually possible to convert this to a SE mod ?

if so can i ask what programs i should use ? or tutorials for this.

It appears the author has several other mods listed from where the authors ideas for modding are from; where the modders may have shared their ideas.

 

I would suggest you look at the other mods in the modders thank you list the author gave as their mods links for, for inspiration to make that mod.

Some of the other modders might still be available to chat about your ideas.

Alas the permissions are very clear. And that is most likely the reason the author does not respond.

 

The permission that you may have missed states clearly no conversions allowed to transfer to another game. Which also includes, not allowed, not even to Steams games version of the game.

 

Conversion permission You are not allowed to convert this file to work on other games under any circumstances

 

Asset use permission in mods/files that are being sold You are not allowed to use assets from this file in any mods/files that are being sold, for money, on Steam Workshop or other platforms
