Brawls not starting at all

Hey Guys,

 

i have a bug regarding brawls that lets the people just take my gold and then walk away isntead of initiating a fight. I already could manage to find out that the Brawl bug fix won't fix this problem, so i am at a loss here. Thanks to papyrus i now have this lines, maybe someone here could help me with it.

 

This particular example is from Falskaar but the Bug is present all over skyrim:

Hopefully someone here can bring some light to my misery, because i am all out of options.

If you download and use "Brawl Bug Fix", you need to put it last in your load order, even after the Bashed Patch.
That's where I have it.

I don't know if this is still helpful, but you should try unequipping all items from 'weapon' category before the brawl. In my case the problem was the quiver.
