Deleted472477User
I hope we get another DLC that has something to do with the Thalmor and High King I get the feeling that they're saving it for the next entire game.
Georgiegril
I'm ok with a whole game of raining havoc upon the Thalmor. :D
modder3434
I'm ok with a whole game of raining havoc upon the Thalmor. :D that would be fun, for all of a couple of days [Todd Howard] "As you play, you start to figure out what you can do with these NPCs, and how you can influence their behavior, and when doing a quest, it really comes into play. A simple kill that guy...' quest can be done in hundreds of ways now." yea, you can stab, chop, shoot, burn, shock, freeze, mounted, unmounted, whil jumping, shove him off a cliff., fist fight, so this by all means is true. InuyashaFE
If it's the last dlc of the game...that's a seriously short one. I haven't played dawnguard yet - have it, but haven't started it - but from what everyone's been saying it's not all that extensive. That's something I hope they improve in quite a bit for dragonborn. Skyrim feels small sometimes, though l can't quite put my finger on why. At least, compared to the ones before it. (Morrowind, i haven't got much experience with oblivon b/c l didn't play it enough.) Morrowind is probably because you couldn't fast travel. slainia
l don't fast travel in skyrim either... but everything feels familiar. I know I haven't explored everything by any means, but i've been into a lot of the caves, etc. I don't think iv'e really played that much, either - i quit for like...6 months. Lol. Korodic
Obviously, you didn't put much thought into this. Or maybe you just didn't look around. Bethesda messes up quite a bit (updates... bugs...) but at least they gave us FREE modding tools to do something about it. Know what I mean? So, basically, you're saying it's good that Bethesda makes a half-@$$ dlc or update, and it's up to us to fix it??? NO! If you want me to download your updates and buy your dlcs, I damn well better not need to fix them myself... Don't get me wrong... I like the idea of the creation kit. when i got skyrim for pc i had lots of fun with it. my point is that tool is there so we can make our own mods, not so we can fix and redo theirs. If they are going to make crappy DLCs and updates and just say "hey our community and players can fix it", then they're going to lose their credibility as a game business REALLY fast. Clearly you didn't "know what I mean" It is not acceptable to push out updates that don't work, however... that's the way it is. So again, at least we can do something about it. Most games come out broken in one way or another, with glitches galore. That does NOT mean they are "corrupt" ... it means they simply didn't fix it, or might not have even known about it. Many people will complain about things, but do you realize how hard it is to troubleshoot an issue? Try doing that with vague and generic feedback simple stupid users give you. Dev's have to reproduce issues in order to properly address them most of the time. Then people complain about the time it takes. So I'll say it again, at least they are trying, and at least we as pc users can fix it ourselves if we see it necessary.

So I'll say it again, at least they are trying, and at least we as pc users can fix it ourselves if we see it necessary. No I don't say they are corrupt, but I seriously doubt that they are really trying to address the monster sized bugs. When I reported the Vamp Lord Tutorial bug I gave a detailed point by point explanation, system specs, what happened when I tried it on a totally mod free install, yadda yadda. Not all users are stupid. They acknowledged me straight away and declared it was a known issue (so they must have been able to replicate it) and they STILL haven't fixed it as it is still happening to some people. They then go and release an update which has in various degrees broken one major quest and their own DLC. Apparently different dev teams work on the patches and the DLC's, well I suggest they start talking to one another. Bad management and poor co-ordination more than corruption I would say, although the grab for the $ comes into it as well. My fear is that there are so many people who are totally uncritical and will swallow whatever they throw at them, that Bethesda feel they can afford to sacrifice QA. Oh and some of the stuff we can't fix, not if it is hard coded.
