Ok, got the same problem but have the solution.

1. Select the 1 Month plan and confirm -> the error page is shown.

2. Go back and select the next higher plan and confirm -> you'll see the payment confirmation page, BUT TO NOT ACCEPT the payment, instead: cancel it.

3. In the top line (above the "Step 2" Headline) you'll find "Invoice". Click there and find your 1 Month plan. Select "Pay Now"

4. Select your payment method, confirm and be happy :-P

Kind Regards

This website has some of the silliest/stupidest upgrade/downgrade processes.

Why does one need to go to the FORUMS as part of Upgrade? Why does one need to have an account at the FORUMS to do an upgrade?

Shouldn't they be mimic'ing other tried and trusted methods which milllions of other websites use - like sticking to the original website and a simplistic wizard to complete an upgrade - as is being done for decades instead of this silliness? I'm trying to upgrade and I've NO idea why I had to come here only to see hundreds of people run into the same issue over and over again.

Could you guys please let me know if you at some point already had purchased Premium i.e. if you have been Premium before and are trying to renew?

I started premium november...20th? ish. Tried to renew late last month and encountered this issue, and is still ongoing for me at this time.

f*#@ this piece of garbage vortex, why did they change from NMM? Now it's telling me I don't have premium (which I do) and keeps asking me if i want fast or slow download speed???

Please start your own thread as it's unrelated to the OP.

Make sure you're logged into the same account on the site and that you're not using any weird script blockers.
