Random circle and text all over the screen

Hello I got a little problem

So there are these random squares, circles, and texts that popped all over my screen. I tried going through the setting to disable it. I tried disabling mod that might cause this problem, but nothing good so far. Is this FO4 bug or modding error??

 

So for context I reinstalled my FO4 from version 1.10 30 to 1.10 138. I already installed and tested all my mod, but there is no problem while I tried it on the previous version. After I reinstalled the new version I reinstalled all of the mods i got, but suddenly there are lots of square and circles popped on my screen. I tried fast travelling, restart the game, but nothing help. Troubleshooting with LOOT said there is nothing wrong with my mods and my load orders.

 

What should I do? any help is much appreciated. Thank you very much.

Heyas Iluvduck! This is actually really simple to fix. I for the life of me cannot remember the name of the mod at the moment. But it's a settlement construction mod, and one of it's settings is to show the construction set settings, which is what you are seeing. That mod has a setting in it, to turn that off. I know I had posted about it in a thread a while back. I will try to find that post, and update.

Their issue, was in regards to looksmenu causing that to happen of all things.

Since you've done a version upgrade, check to make sure that you are using a version of f4se that matches your current version number, and upgrade looksmenu accordingly. :wink:

 

Edit 2- I just noticed something. Where did you get the update for version 138?

I am using LooksMenu ver 1 6 15 and F4SE 0 6 17 , which recommended for the 138 version? or should I ignore the recommendation and just update to the latest version of both of them?

 

I get the update for version 138 on a torrent site, its from a little well-known repack game source FitGirl Repack Games. Maybe this problem occurred because it's pirated? My previous version was also pirated, but didn't have this problem.

Actually version 1 6 16 is also compatible with version 138. I missed it lol.
