Roondog
Hello, after getting fed up with all the adult oriented mods and spending hours upon hours trying to get them to work, I decided to just uninstall them all since I never even used them in the first place. However in my mass uninstallation, it would seem something got messed up with the male bodies. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Enhanced Vanilla Bodies and some textures mods for them but to NO avail. Can somebody please tell me the one thing I'm missing?Load order below 0 0 Fallout4.esm1 1 DLCRobot.esm2 2 DLCworkshop01.esm3 3 DLCCoast.esm4 4 DLCworkshop02.esm5 5 DLCworkshop03.esm6 6 DLCNukaWorld.esm7 7 DLCUltraHighResolution.esm8 8 Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch.esp9 9 AAF.esm254 FE 0 Corpse Collision.esl10 a ArmorKeywords.esm11 b Loads.esm12 c NewCalibers.esp13 d ProjectHelljumper.esm254 FE 1 BerettaM9FS.esl14 e Homemaker.esm15 f HUDFramework.esm16 10 Knockout Framework.esm254 FE 2 Reverse Combat Armor.esl17 11 SettlementKeywords.esm18 12 Deathclaw_nude.esp19 13 HN66_DistinctiveTeethUnique.esp20 14 KSHairdos.esp21 15 LooksMirror.esp22 16 RagdollCollision.esp23 17 Realistic Death Physics.esp24 18 RemoteExplosives.esp25 19 Vioxsis_Strap-Ons.esp26 1a four_play.esp27 1b LMBTOverlays.esp28 1c 3dscopes-replacer.esp29 1d Armorsmith Extended.esp30 1e CBBE.esp31 1f OutcastsAndRemnants.esp32 20 Depravity.esp33 21 AA FusionCityRising.esp34 22 Eli_Rockin Red Rocket.esp35 23 Vivid Waters.esp36 24 ProjectValkyrie.esp37 25 ProjectHelljumper.esp38 26 F4NV-AMR.esp39 27 LAER.esp40 28 mk14.esp41 29 BR77.esp42 2a BerettaM9FS.esp43 2b Sjogren.esp44 2c ACR-W17.esp45 2d AzarPonytailHairstyles.esp46 2e IFC Complete.esp47 2f UniqueFemalePlayerAndFollowersDLC.esp48 30 UniqueMalePlayerAndFollowersDLC.esp49 31 UniqueFemalePlayerAndFollowersDLCNoHancock.esp50 32 UniqueMalePlayerAndFollowersDLCNoHancock.esp51 33 UniqueFemalePlayerAndFollowers.esp52 34 UniqueMalePlayerAndFollowers.esp53 35 UniqueFemalePlayerAndFollowersNoHancock.esp54 36 UniqueMalePlayerAndFollowersNoHancock.esp55 37 UniqueFemaleFollowers.esp56 38 UniqueFemalePlayer.esp57 39 UniqueMaleFollowersDLC.esp58 3a UniqueMaleFollowersDLCNoHancock.esp59 3b UniqueMaleFollowers.esp60 3c UniqueMaleFollowersNoHancock.esp61 3d UniqueMalePlayer.esp62 3e The Eyes Of Beauty.esp63 3f AlisonPiperReplacer.esp64 40 AnimChemRedux.esp65 41 ApalLeotard.esp66 42 BDO Hair.esp67 43 Bryson's LaTeX FaNTaSY v2.esp68 44 ChineseStealthSuit.esp254 FE 3 CROSS_2077.esp254 FE 4 CROSS_Blades.esp69 45 CROSS_GoreCrits.esp70 46 CROSS_GoreCrits_FarHarborPatch.esp71 47 CROSS_RugerMkV.esp72 48 CROSS_RugerMkV_NonLethalAddon.esp73 49 CROSS_RugerMkV_NonLethal_DLCHelmets.esp.esp74 4a dD - MoreBloodandBits.esp75 4b dD-Action Ragdoll Force.esp76 4c dD-Enhanced Blood.esp77 4d EFF.esp78 4e Eli_AlecusRogueHD.esp79 4f Factor.esp80 50 FCOM.esp81 51 FemsheppingsPorts_LeahLilithAndKalilies_AWKCR_AE.esp82 52 Grim ZeroSuitSamus.esp83 53 HN66Fo4_EarringsV1.esp84 54 HN66Fo4_Nails.esp254 FE 5 JackME.esp85 55 LAER Non-Lethal Addon.esp86 56 RealWorldDamages.esp87 57 realisticheadshots.esp88 58 Live Dismemberment - Brutal.esp89 59 Live Dismemberment - Insane-o.esp90 5a Live Dismemberment - Liebermode.esp91 5b Live Dismemberment - Mental.esp92 5c Live Dismemberment - Mind-Blowing.esp93 5d Live Dismemberment - POSTAL.esp94 5e Live Dismemberment - Regular.esp95 5f Loads of Ammo - Leveled Lists.esp96 60 MiscHairstyle.esp97 61 NiTeNull - Shade Girl Leather Outfits.esp98 62 Non-Lethal Armory.esp99 63 NX2C.esp100 64 ParagonHairs.esp101 65 PipboyRemover.esp102 66 RU556.esp103 67 SettleObjExpandPack.esp104 68 SSEX.esp105 69 Valerian_Armor.esp106 6a Vivid Fallout - All in One - Best Choice.esp107 6b Vivid Weathers - FO4.esp108 6c Vivid Weathers - FO4 - Far Harbor.esp109 6d Vivid Weathers - Nuka World.esp110 6e VtawWardrobe4.esp111 6f Arbitration - Better Combat AI.esp112 70 Arbitration - Fall Damage Overhaul.esp113 71 Arbitration - Molotov.esp114 72 Arbitration - Reduced Grenade Spam.esp115 73 Arbitration - Stealth Overhaul.esp116 74 Arbitration - Survival Damage by Player 3x.esp117 75 Arbitration - Survival Damage to Player 6x.esp118 76 Grim ZeroTwo.esp254 FE 6 AlysrazaOverlays.esp119 77 Arbitration - Sneak Detection Distance Increase.esp120 78 LooksMenu.esp121 79 LooksMenu Customization Compendium.esp122 7a DiverseBodies.esp123 7b OWR_CJRS.esp124 7c EnhancedLightsandFX.esp125 7d StartMeUp.esp
StormWolf01
Heyas Roondog! Ok, yeah, when an object goes purple, or pink it means that the texture is missiing. So at some point, you've deleted the ones that body is using. When you reinstalled the mods, did you use a mod manager to do it, or did you install them manually? If the earlier, try installing them manually, making sure that the texture files go into the correct folders in \Fallout 4\Data\Textures\actors\They may even be installed in sub folders of that one. Also, while it is really good to post your load order.... not all graphics replacers have an esp associated with them. They are simply just file replacers, and as such will not appear in your load order. Just so ya know ;) Now, IF you do a manual install of your mods again, and the texture files are all correctly placed in the data folder, it may be a vanilla texture problem. IF you have let steam update your game, and it's at the current version of 163, then try doing a steam verification of your files, and see if that helps. Good luck, please report back to let us know how it goes :)-Storm
Roondog
Very helpful and enthusiastic reply :D ! To be honest I am unsure of what I've done to fix it. I uninstalled and reinstalled a bunch of times. Reinstalled EVB a ton and that didn't do anything. Reinstalled Unique NPCs a few times, didn't do much. Tried installing new texture mods didn't work. I reinstalled Unique NPCs again and when I loaded my quicksave (which is the screenshot) it had a body with underwear on it. So it seems fixed, but now I have an issue with another mod and I don't exactly wish to create another thread for it.I am trying to get this stunning preset to work. I have all the mods listed and I even tried taking the advice of taking the BSA file from the 4K face mod and extracting it into Vortex with it loading after LMCC and the 4K mod itself. Every time I open my save and type in 'slm 14' and change presets I get brown face and a CTD. I am currently trying to fix it with my limited knowledge and will edit it if I get it to work before a reply.Edit: I seem to be stuck in a loop of sorts. I load up my game and I now see my female companion has brownface and when I bring up the looksmenu to see if the preset works after tinkering with my load order or uninstalling and reinstalling I get brownface too. Nothing seems to be working. If you could help me conquer this vicious brownface bug that has plagued me and my companion that would be much appreciated Edited January 9, 2020 by Roondog
StormWolf01
Heya again roondog! :) Really good to hear that the one problem is fixed :)LOL sometimes, when we do a lot of work, it's hard to keep track of what we did, and what we did that actually fixed it, haha. But good things man, good things :) As for the brownface bug that you're having....are the body textures that you're using, also 4k? The brownface bug can be caused by using textures of two different resolutions on the body/head. This is because both of them are seperate objects, that are positioned together. For whatever reason it is, the game doesn't always read it correctly when the textures are different resolutions.Looking at the mod's requirements, I see that it has them listed as required. However, this case, a json preset file cannot have a "required" master file. So, you can get rid of the 4k textures if you want to. Which, would probly fix the brownface bug you're having. So.... also for future reference, don't mix texture sizes on PC's or NPC's It's not good ;)I haven't downloaded the files in the body texture mod that's "required" by the preset mod, as it's just too big. I'm really sorry, but downloads have been too slow here with the server bugs going on. They are all pretty big files tho. I'm thinking that they "might" be 4k textures, but again, I'm really not sure. Especially since the mod page doesn't specify.https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/31965?tab=files But yeah. Try uninstalling the face textures first. If that still persists, uninstall the body textures next. Good luck, hope this helps :)-Storm
Roondog
For some reason my cursor has FSM Alison selected but I have Diana 2.0 toggled. My companion didn't waltz into frame when I screen capped it, but I did as you said. I uninstalled the 4K face texture I even took off the Valkyr textures on her face (why not? I wanted the Natasha face texture anyways)And their faces aren't brown! Sometimes the solutions of the problems we spend hours working on is so simple that it doesn't even enter our minds. You suggested quite literally the one thing I had not tried and it worked. Thank you my good man.
StormWolf01
Hey hey! It works! :DNot sure about what's going on there with the selection in LM. It might be that you bumped the mouse just enough for the pointer to move, or a key on the board or something. Unless it's misaligning when you're trying to select presets?LOL I remember when I had a nearly empty presets list like that. Ahhhhh.. now it takes me a while to find the one I'm wanting, in a long, long list, hahaha  I'm glad to see that we got that resolved for you, and that she looks good  As for what textures we use... hey it's all about personal preference. Right? Well, one thing that I can recommend.... is when you're looking at the mods, browse through the posts tab for the mod, and read through the comments. Sometimes you can find fixes for problems, that may not come to mind ordinarily. I've learned a few tips and tricks just from some of those comments. :wink:Very, very welcome :) Alright, enough posting on the forums, go enjoy the new character! :wink:Cheers!-Storm Edited January 10, 2020 by StormWolf01
