it dependents. i have not modified the FormID of the actual Talon3gun LVLI, which controls the high end weapons that they spawn with. ive however replaced their Car LVLO entry in that list with the FormID of my gun. if you do the same it may cause conflicts if both mods are run side by side.

i think the only way to be sure would be for both of us to create separate LVLO records in in the Talon3gun LVLI for our guns, but im not positive that would work as well.

 

moraelin would know better than me i think =)

 

as for new stuff comming up, i got a SAKO TRG42 and a default replacement for the G3 in the works, as well as a Vz61 and a berreta M93R planned. a sig226 possibly and i wanted to do a 1911 but Brupro just released one and i think i will hold off for that

i was a little afraid that this would not comply with the animations but i think it came out alright for what i have to go with. the lever clips throught the scope though so im kinda upset about that.

 

this SAKO TRG-42 comes courtesy of Darkstorm(mesh) and Sylon(texture) and not only will i be releasing it as a stand alone, Veliv and his team have been granted permission to use this beast with Project: Valhalla. so it will be featured with them as well.

well then they would not spawn with the weapons. unless you are referring to another LVLI

let me try to be more coherent (although no coffee yet so i may fail ;) )

 

you add or more correctly replace an entry to the LVLI(Talon3WeaponGun). THe LARG adds an entry in the same LVLI. As far a i inderstood (which may not be far at all ^^ ) this leads to a conflict. But in order to work, this variable doesn´t need to be in the same esp as the gun it adds/replaces. So what would happen if someone deetes the LVLI(Talon3WeaponGun)-variable from the LARG-esp and adds the entry that stood originally in the list of the LARGs LVI(Talon3WeaponGun) into the one of the FAL.esp.

Not copying the whole LVI, just change one to have the additions/replacements of both. (this culd lead to the necessity to set the LVLF from "3" to "4")

for something completely unrelated:

What happened to the nice H&K Mk.23 model you showed in a screenshot earlier? Maybe some Raiders or Talonees or so found (or will find soon ;) ) a stash of them? Maybe its a version thst chambers the 10mm ammo already available to a better efficiency than the standard 10mm Pistol (hey its similar in size to a DE, according to http://www.hkpro.com/socom.htm )? Or its a production run (or gunsmith-work) for the .44 shells? Or its the standard Vault-Tec 10mm, to be found inside vault101 only?

Vash, you are making some incredible weapons and have really enhanced FO3 play because of it...Keep up the great work!

 

I rather like your "pristine" textures and would love to see all your releases with these. I would suggest opening up the models, after release, for others to re texture with "beaten up", "Falloutized", or what-have-you skins. That would alleviate the need for you to worry about whether others feel it "fits" in FO3 or not. The important point is that people such as yourself are taking the time to enhance the enjoyment of the rest of us.

Modding is all about creating what you like and if others enjoy it great, if not, also great.

 

You are doing fantastic work, and I look forward to more... :thumbsup:

Are you using the hunting rifle animations like I did (only decent animation for bolt rifle)? I think you could edit the rotation of the bolt in nifskope, so that it would not rotate as much and therefore would not clip.
