Can't buy premium

Recently, I've found it frustrating the speed of downloads and special features that my basic membership doesn't include, and I want to get a premium membership. I currently have a store-brand Visa gift card that definitely has sufficient funds. I put in the info and it just says to try Paypal instead, which I can't do because apparently Paypal doesn't accept visa gift cards (if I'm wrong please tell me). I'm from the US, and I was wondering if it has anything to do with it because the prices are in pounds. Is there any way I can make the purchase through this Visa gift card? Thanks

On the top of the page it says "We will only be offering support for Premium Membership issues between the 20th of December 2019 and the 2nd of January 2020 due to staff vacations. We apologise in advance if your issue is not responded to during this time." but I will still try to contact them. Thanks :)

I can't even reach the prompt. I've paid probably 3 times the lifetime over the last say 10 years [i know should bought it] There used to be a legacy mode but like with everything else in this rapidly falling apart site, seems to be gone. 12 digit passwords that are written on my desk [great security guys] to remember, and can't even go premium. Unfortunately Nexus is about all there is so...

BTW, the error it gives me is 'You must select a billing option. How the flying frig do you think I GOT to billing. By selecting a billing option.

Heyas Dagoth. The increased security thing, thats a must. There's no getting around it.

But, what you can do, is definitely not keep that post it note on your desk or your on your computer.

There's the password managers.

Or, you can create a passworded zip file in your computer, and store a document in there, that has your username and password on it.

If you have Microsoft word, you can also create password protected word documents with it that you can...well...store your password on.

anti-password tech has come a very long way. 6 digit security is by far outdated. It's like putting a stuffed guard dog in front of your door at night. It might fool somebody who just walks by, but anybody that wants in, will know better.
