Resetting Imperial and Rebellion quests?

just wondering if it's possible to input a console command that revives the "join the rebellion" and stormcloak questline. thanks

Start a new game. You killed all the important Stormcloak characters.

Or you could just load from a previous save and side with the Imperials. :biggrin:

That's a good point a hard save before joining either side allows you to play both quest lines, a hard save at the end of each will allow you to continue as your favourite.

Not sure if the game automatically sets you for a faction if you start either questline. You probably would have to do a few console commands and even then it may not work. There's a lot of redundancy built into the quest and scripting so it is difficult to break the game. For instance, in Hearthfire, there is an Adoptability quest that is used as a boolean. So setting that back to 0 after adopting 2 kids should let you adopt more right? Nope, Constance Michel is set to just give you the same sentence over and over again because she has a separate script and the third kid you attempt to adopt off the street will go through dialogue fine but will fail it's check with it tries to move to your current house because there's no empty child's bed + dresser/chest available.
