Character hovering [Help]

Have you tried using console TCL, then carefully walking your character close to the ground, console TCL again, and then jump?

Can't say that it *will work* but it might.

I'd also note that in some places my player also walks above the ground, usually non-flat areas like mountain ridges and so forth, although definitely not on paved surfaces, where both my male and female player characters seem to walk with their feet slightly submerged if anything.

Sounds like you're using a high-heel mod and it's settings are wrong. Most high-heel mods can be altered through their MCM menu (hit 'esc' and the 'system' tab and look for the Mod Configuration entry).

Or you're using a body for high heels and haven't got a high-heel mod installed.

Also, when using several animation mods don't forget to install FNIS and run it after any changes made to animations.
