Gian97
Guy's, i recently redownload skyrim se, and installed updated mods and the new skse64, i use MO2 for moding, i tested the game with AS-LAL and i get the vinilla start, i tested whit other mods and non of them work. it's the first time this happens. The last time i played was when the first legacy of the dragonborn for skyrim se went up, so im starting to think its something with the new skyrim versión. JimmyRJump
Make sure you have the right version of SKSE and make sure you installed it properly by drag'n'dropping everything except the 'readme' and 'whatsnew' textfiles into your game's main directory and starting the game with the skse64loader.exe. If you're at v1.5.97 of the game you need the v2.0.17 of SKSE.

If everything was installed correctly, you wouldn't have problems. I cannot help you with MO2 because I've never used it. I'm using Nexus Mod Manager, which is way more simple to use than MO2 or Vortex.
