Coble/Item Interchange Missing Masters?

Freakboxxe

Recommended Posts

I was messing around in wryerbash and notices that some of the packages I've installed are missing masters for things I never installed and don't use? I installed COBL and Item Interchange with a wizard through WB so I'm not sure why it thinks I need or have all of these? How do I fix this or tell it that I don't have or use these? Is it okay for Item Interchange Placement to be Red? The game runs and plays and works- I was just a bit concerned. Did I install this all incorrectly?

I included an attached file/picture of the red-box items. Thanks in advance!

What COBL version? Have you looked through Item Interchange readme.txt ... specifically the last line in section 2 - Installation ii) where it says "Try not to worry too much about the funny colours you get from them in Wrye Bash."

For a bit better idea how the installation is intended to work look in Cobl.html found in the 00 Cobl Core\Docs folder and click the link to 00 Cobl Core in the Installation section in the menu to the left. Look down to the part about Cobl Filter Late MERGE ONLY.esp and you'll find an explanation of why you are seeing what you are seeing.

That's intended behaviour. Item Interchange is used to filter formid's and load them into the BashedPatch - the mod itself should be disabled. It basically includes every mod Vacuity was aware of that included new items when he made II. You aren't supposed to actually have them all active, pretty sure if you did your game would die!
